Earbuds are absolutely not recommended for side sleepers. They are falsely advertising that they are. And when I contacted customer service about a refund, they followed up multiple times with “suggestions” and “new features”. They will do everything they can to make getting a return difficult. Do not buy from this scam company.

The ear buds did stay connected to the app. No matter how I tried to move them into position, they would connect for a few seconds and then disconnect. I contacted customer service for a return authorization. It took 3 emails to finally get the RA. They sent two emails with suggested “fixes” none of which worked. Given the price, I was very disappointed.

Ordered Smartbuds June 26 — still no shipment or tracking 2 weeks later. Their own reviews report poor comfort, battery that dies before morning, and dropped connections. I cancelled July 5; despite your "no questions asked" refund policy, support just keeps asking "why" — and even copied another customer's email into my thread, who's also still waiting on a refund. Where's my $254?

I’ve been waiting weeks for the ear buds and still nothing. Customer service has offered canned responses about back orders. The real kicker is that they offered 50 percent off the recurring charges ( that part they leave out of the ads. ) All in all I would call this a shady company and best and I still can’t say if they even work as they haven’t arrived.

These things aren't as advertised. Didn't work, very uncomfortable and remember the "no questions" asked refund? They have lots of questions and try to avoid the refund. They bury their contact and return info to discourage the buyer. I sent mine back and several weeks later, have not gotten a refund. Do not waste your hard-earned money on these clowns.

the right ear bud stopped working. I contacted them and they sent me the tips which didnt make sense. No change from then they keep delaying say their engineering team is working on it. I asked for my money back but they wont refund even though the issue was documented well within 30 days.

The ear buds did not work for me. I am not saying they wouldn’t work for some. However, customer service has been terrible! Everytime I reach out they tell me they are “escalating my issue” and then I never hear from them again. Still waiting on my refund. So, while I didn’t think the buds performed as advertised, I had hoped to at least be pleased with their customer service. I am not.
