Another day, another set of cancellations. Caused nightmare journey by car at last minute this morning. No-one’s fault obviously, safety first. Just can’t understand why there seems to be no planning in clearing the potential problems that cause the endless delays and cancellations weekly. The commuters are bottom of the priorities for this service, awful experiences weekly at the moment.

Never runs to schedule. Trains always delayed. If you need to guarantee that you get to work on time, then you should l find an alternative method of transport

The worst service I have seen in my life every day I get late to work , I have never seen running at the right time , I have suggest to the this bad service to remove the time table and just say we are running when we want .

Service for the metro is utter crap A don’t blame people when they bump it. utter joke 12 hour shift waiting 15mins for the metro to be booted off the next stop and then having to wait 26 mins sort your deal out or put down the ridiculous cost of tickets

Don't complain when you are harrassed, threatened, treated in an unprofessional manner or approached and spoken to whilst their staff are breaching COVID restrictions. Nexus will not hear your full complaint, they will close it down at earliest convenience and assume you have no evidence and the staff will be protected by their mates/manager. I advice any interaction with any Nexus staff to have witnesses or a video recording to make nexus listen to your complaint in future and inform them you have this evidence at earliest convenience so they cannot close the complaint down.

Metro over three years looks dirty, scruffy even thru the covid 19 pandemic were hardly ever cleaned, chavs get on @Pelaw station from South Shields and start to cause bother, begging for spare change, starting fights outside the metro carriage, drunks hanging around central station begging for spare 60 pence.
