I bought a ticket online which was available for ride for two hours later. I found tickets on kiosk for immediate boarding so I bought them. Asked to cancel the online tickets, they refused to cancel, because of 48 hours notice. It doesn't make sense because I bought the tickets 5 minutes ago for two hours later. So I paid twice for the same boat ride.

This is a misleading website! The cost of the boat ride is almost double if you buy it here! Don't buy from this site! Buy from the official website or directly at the location!

The time spent in line which the staff described as disappointing and disastrous was. It took over and hour and half for a schedule at 12:15 boat ride to even get to the boat, because the lines where so off. We ran late for leaving and that just domino effected all other things. I was left annoyed and thinking the Maid of The Mist is cheaper faster and creates less damage to the waters being electric. Disappointing and waste of my money.

Very disappointing pricing. The ticket price is much higher than the official website. The official price is $47.95, but you charge $69.95 for the same boat cruise. That's a significant markup with no clear explanation. I recommend booking directly through the official site to avoid paying extra.

It was a frustrating experience.
I did the reservation but did not receive the ticket and I waited at the gate for sometime as they could not let us in without the ticket. From there I reached out to the support requesting for assistance.
The feedback I received from your support team was not satisfactory as they justified everything was correct. If things were right, then why would I reach out to the support team reporting that I did not receive the ticket at that time.
I was going to drop other reviews too about my experience.
Also, There was no contact number that I could find for your support team.

Short wait time to get on the boat and plenty of space since they used two boats for the fireworks and travel to the base of the falls. Staff were friendly.

Didn’t receive ticket in time for scheduled cruise.
Received ticket over 1 hour after booking and was too late to use for assigned time slot.
