Also very smart software to place orders and to list products. Keeping stock in their warehouses around the world, customizing products and packages, everything is possible. They also have their own very quick shipping lines even in times with COVID-19. Overall THE way to go when it comes to ecommerce.

I have been using CJ (which I think is rebranding to NicheDropshipping) for exactly a year now, and it has been smooth sailing. Their website is great, they help you source the products for the cheapest price, their shipping is faster than everywhere else I've seen, and (MOST IMPORTANTLY) their customer service is top of the line. You are given a direct line to a customer service rep who will help you with anything that you need. And that is CRUCIAL, because anyone who dropships knows problems arise; something happens at customs, product isn't quite right (though this rarely happens because CJ actually double checks the quality of the item), etc. etc., so having a service rep to help at the drop of a dime is incredibly reassuring. My rep, Lily, has been excellent in my year of knowing her, and I'm looking forward to continuing our partnership into the next year. 5 stars, excellent service.

started the business without knowing nothing, i have an agent named Sunny that helped through those dark days of finding tracking that goes mia. each system is meticulously detailed, everything is a one click away. overall experience was pleasant, communication is easy as the agents and website are fluent in translating through my lack of infos in dropshipping business.

The agent is nice and do a pretty solid Job. Communication is fast and the Service is great. Only thing they could work on is getting a searching function with the own ordernumbers.
