I have just had my car, MOT, service and a couple of other repairs. The car was collected amd delivered back afterwards and I cannot fault the politeness and curtesy of the staff, expect for the manager who called me twice to see why I hadn't paid the invoice. As I explained to him, I have a father in law with end stage altzeimers, a wife who is up.in bed seriously ill and 3 kids young kids running around. I was made to feel ashamed that I hadn't jumped to it and paid and was left feeling like a thief even though I told the manager I would pay at my earliest convenience. The invoice has now been paid. This company has now lost my custom due to his bullying, arrogance and lack of empathy l.

I took my car in on Friday afternoon and by Tuesday I'd had a clutch replacement, a full MOT fixing a number of previous advisories and a service. I was very impressed with the garage and the very fair pricing. Thank you Adam and Akeel.

Great guys at niche motors they helped me out a couple of times when i needed them i definatly recommend them many thanks niche

So impressed with this garage. Have a Land Rover DPF issue and they tried to clear it but it needs more specialist help. But they had it for a day and worked on it and then wouldn't take any money for it as they hadn't fixed the problem. Highly recommend this garage - it will be our garage of choice from now on.

Went on line to get my car fixed and came across whocanfixmycar.com and niche motors came up within 5 minutes and give me a quote.the next morning my car was fixed and was the cheapest quote around.ill be taking my car there from now on.

Dont trust that company i paid
For DSG service and Oil Services 760 pound and my oil never was changed i give them car with low oil and when pickup up my car was low oil as well also why the take Only cash payment? Tax scam?

Do not trust this company !!! don’t trust them they lie and do anything possible to get out of there obligations. They accused me of being a liar after I told them I had issues with the car on the way home noise from left rear handbreak bushes after the replacement lol and noise from exhaust heat shield also

they were supposed to replace the front suspension because Adam showed me that it was full of rust and everything had to be replaced i just released he only replaced the springs lol after service i have oil lights ON
I just booked my car for Saturday to Vauxhall Dealer to fix all all !!! Same my husband car he paid for oil service and never was changed

And he say Only Cash Payment !!! Why ?

Fitted a new battery on bmw 4 series rang them on the Saturday morning and they said if I called in they would sort it. Very friendly guys 1st class experience would highly recommend thankyou niche motors

Had the wet belt done on my Grandland. Did everything they said they would do and sent pictures of the work to me as they were doing the belt change. Picked my car up from my house and returned it the next day and did the work to the agreed price.

Always use this garage. Brilliant service as always. Really easy to get booked it and good prices too.

Do not trust this company !!! They took my £2000 pound said it was fixed and guess what it wasn’t… and to make things worse they test drive my vehicle knowing that there is a clean air zone camera on there street not once but three times never give me a opportunity to pay before they test drive it or they pay it and put it on my bill so now I’m getting fines told them about it all they could say is they don’t accept any responsibility for clean air zone fines what company does this??? I would of paid the the little charge given the opportunity .. I have 4 fines now for clean air zone charges after now speaking with them they agreed to pay half towards the cost but guess what they never paid!!! so they won’t even stick to a agreement don’t trust them they lie and do anything possible to get out of there obligations. They accused me of being a liar after I told them I had issues with the car on the way home after they fixed it saying I never told them and I was making it all up.,so I sent them messages from WhatsApp showing it was them who was not being truthful and I did message them then he said he was on holiday when he seen that he was found and I did tell them.. he was wrong …. but is phone wasn’t on holiday it was with the company he tries any thing possible to blame you well it did not work this time Adam I have all the messages from you saying you was going to stick to your agreement also you said you was ringing me all the the time well how can you be ringing to respond and I was lying how can this be if you never seen the messages once again you was caught out you are not to be trusted…

I needed a clutch bearing replaced for my citroen ds3 2012, as the engine would be out anyway I decided to go ahead and replace the full clutch system aswell. Even though I was on a budget with not much spare cash for such an event,and with an extra cost of a clutch fork that they informed me about well in advance before carrying out anymore work. I can only say that from dropping my car off in the morning,it was ready to collect the following day dinner time. With the brilliant price for the parts and labour alongside customer service. Brilliant garage and I highly recommend them.

These guys really know what they’re doing.
Despite living in Scotland I was recommended these guys by a family member as I had several issues with my Audi Q5. Was given multiple opinions about the issues of my car by various mechanics and garages including being told to get rid of my car. Niche Motor company have a process that is quite simple and straight to the point. These guys don’t do technicalities or complicate things. Adam has a great wealth of knowledge and assured me what the faults were and walked me through all the issues of the car with providing me a solution that made me confident about their work. I had complex issues with my rear differential, 4 wheel drive overheating and ABS issues. These good Samaritans even offered to carry out a service with the work too. They make car worries disappear in an instant and reassure you by testing the car themselves before handing the key back to you. Not only are they a real credit to Yorkshire but the entire UK! Wish these guys had more branches so it would easy to get car maintenance carried out without worrying!

I came back with my 2nd car (BMW) as I had brake issues with my car again, I was getting mislead by other garages and being over-quoted , AGAIN simple advice and diagnostics with being back on the road in no time at a reasonable price.

excellent service recieved here wouldn't take my car anywhere else. after a lot of bad garages I'm glad to have found one I can trust. Adam is always on call to help and quick to fix the problem :) highly reccomend this garage

BUYER BEWARE!!

First let me say, I understand purchasing a used vehicle is always a gamble. THIS IS MUCH MORE THAN ROLLING THE DICE!!

I purchased a BMW X1 in March. Since I purchased it there have been issues. I have brought them up to the salesman and the owner. Issues such as selling the car with the wrong size tires. Causing all of them to bubble, and one to ultimately blow. So very unsafe, not to mention having to put 4 new tires, easy for roadside, and a tow. Then there is the transmission. I alerted Cory my salesman less than a week afterI purchased the BMW that the transmission was leaking. I was assured it was gone over. I contacted him numerous other times, and was finally put in touch with the tech. About a month later (and not getting anywhere with Cory) spoke to the person/tech that I was told "goes over" all of Niche Motors BMW's. I took it in to a reputable shop only to discover..

CV Axel Joint is broken and combusted on the passengers side (tech also notated this was an old issue before my purchase)

Upon opening the closed system the car was leaking, oil, and transmission fluid (just as I told them from the beginning).

The transmission fluid was BLACK AND BURNT.

The clutch plate is also burned up from the transmission fluid being on it for so long.

This is the same BWM I was assured was gone over and in good shape, These are very serious safety issues. Now I am left with a car I can not drive, and a dealership that does not care.

Top bunch of people. Always willing to help and advise first, no hard sell which is refreshing. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
