Great experience and loving the product!
I had surgery on both hands, and got caught off guard with my period. I don't like using disposable products and I couldn't drive yet after the surgery, and as I panicked not being able to use my mooncup, I went online late one night and Ellie helped me find what I needed and got my delivery out very quickly. I'm extremely grateful for her efficient and thoughtful help when I was really stuck, and the products themselves are so comfy and reliable and easy to wear and wash. They're great for overnights or the start or end of a period when you don't want to bother with anything else. Highly recommend this product and the incredible team at Nickeze. Thank you!

Hi Deborah, I see you ordered very light bladder leak underwear and as per the product description, they are for when you have a light bladder leak with coughs, sneezes etc. They are not incontinence wear, so if a bladder leak is more than that, you will need to go for a heavier absorbency or pads. For most people that order these, they are enough to catch their light leaks. It sounds like you may need to wear something with a higher absorbency. I have to say the underwear worked…
I have to say the underwear worked really well with leakage but my biggest issue was that they were short in the front I personally like a higher front and I found them uncomfortable to wear!

That is wonderful that the period underwear did their job. I am not sure what style you picked, but there are many styles that come up higher on the front. We have lots of choices for everyone as no one style will suit everyone. You were also welcome to have tried them on over your briefs and if you felt they felt that that particular style didn't suit you, we are very happy to exchange for another style. All our returns and exchanges are donated to combat period poverty.

We get no information about the order and delivery status. There is no way to track the shipment and I have not received it on time so have no need for it now.
