Nicols has been working with its affiliated partner at the Plagny base for more than 20 years. Thousands of customers have already sailed from Plagny and have always been satisfied with the service, the maintenance of the boats and the service provided by the local team.
We were very surprised by this negative assessment, and consulted the database for more information.
The base provided photo evidence of the state of the boat when it was returned: dirty, the floors not even being swept… the cleaning lady had to empty the bins herself and clean the dishes left in the sink… The amount invoiced at the end of the stay was therefore completely justified. And we remind you that all instructions are given before the cruise (as soon as the sale is made, the information is mentioned in the catalogue), concerning the state in which the boat must be returned. Cleaning packages are also offered, for crews who do not wish to have to clean the boat themselves at the end of their stay.
