First of all, we do not offer or advertise any "extra fast delivery" option in Germany. The shipping method selected on your order was our standard DHL Express service, which you received.
According to the tracking information, your parcel has been delivered. If you're having trouble locating it, we’re happy to assist – but it's important to base feedback on facts.

Ordered 70 pieces of siberia slim and in came in 1 week to the netherlands.
The only annoying thing is that everything was delivered separately instead of in a slipcase.

Delayed shipping
I ordered 9 or 10 days ago. Not even a tracking number or any kind of confirmation that it got shipped. They respond to emails tho it doesn’t really help the Situation.

Poor service and always late delivery
I’ve ordered twice from Snusmania and both times the delivery was extremely delayed, even though they promise 1–2 working days. No updates, no communication. You pay in advance and then hear nothing. Very disappointing. I won’t be ordering here again.

Thanks for your response. I understand now that I may have misread the expected delivery timeframe. I thought it was 1–2 business days, but if it’s 2–4, that’s my mistake.
However, it’s now been over 2.5 weeks since I placed the order, which is well beyond even the maximum of 4 business days. That goes far beyond a reasonable delay, and what’s more frustrating is the complete lack of proactive updates or support regarding the status of my order.
You mention that all affected customers were informed via a website notice and email. At the time of my order, there was no such notice on the website. I did receive an email later stating:
“There is no point in asking us where the parcel is. We simply can’t see more than you. If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 days after you were supposed to receive it, then we can launch an investigation with DHL.”
It has now been well beyond that 10-day mark, yet I’ve received no follow-up, no investigation, and no resolution.
Also, it’s quite telling that I only received a reply after leaving a public review, not after the direct email I sent days earlier. This makes it feel like the focus is more on protecting your image than actually helping customers.
I would still appreciate a concrete update on my order, and at the very least, a serious gesture to make up for this experience.

We do not promise fixed delivery times — we provide estimated delivery windows, which for the Netherlands is 2–4 business days, not 1–2 as you’ve claimed. This is clearly stated on our website.
Your parcel is indeed delayed, but that is due to ongoing technical issues at DHL, which have impacted tracking and extended delivery times for many customers across Europe. We’ve informed all affected customers via a website notice and email.
We understand delays are frustrating, especially when expectations are based on incorrect assumptions. We're always working to improve communication and delivery flow, but it’s important to keep things factual.

Tack för din recension och vi beklagar verkligen att leveransen dröjer och att informationen har varit bristfällig.
Just nu har DHL tekniska problem som påverkar både spårningslänkar och leveranstider. Din order är skickad, men många paket får ingen synlig uppdatering i spårningen förrän de är nära att levereras.
Vi har informerat om detta via en banner på vår hemsida och skickat ut mail till drabbade kunder, men vi förstår att det fortfarande är frustrerande.
