Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, even though we're obviously disappointed to see a 1-star review—especially considering the efforts we made to resolve the issue.

You're absolutely right: we made a mistake. At the time of your order, our webshop was not properly translated into Hungarian, which unfortunately led to some misunderstandings about nicotine strength and product details. That’s on us, and we’ve since taken steps to fix the listings and improve the accuracy of our translations.

However, what your review leaves out is that once the issue was identified, we took the products back, and we even replaced them at our own cost, including free gifts as a gesture of goodwill. We also tried to make the process easier for you by offering to ship the replacements without requiring you to send anything back—something we don't typically do, but chose to in the spirit of customer care.

It’s frustrating to hear this effort described as a scam. We acted in good faith and with flexibility well beyond our standard terms. I suppose this is the risk we take by trying to be nice and customer-oriented.

That said, we won’t get into a public argument. We stand by our efforts to fix the mistake and offer a fair resolution. If you feel there’s anything unresolved, you’re welcome to reach out directly again.

As we’ve already explained in our email communication, the product you received is exactly what you ordered. While the front of the can may say "Ultra," it’s the back label that displays the correct nicotine strength—X-Strong (Extreme Strong) in this case.

We understand this can be confusing, but the labeling is determined by the manufacturer, not us. On our website, we list the nicotine strength based on the most accurate and up-to-date information available to us. However, we want to clarify that you did receive exactly what you ordered. The can you received is labeled Iceberg Dragonfire, and while the front of the can says "Ultra", the correct nicotine strength is listed on the back label—in this case, 40mg (X-Strong/Extreme Strong).

We always display the correct nicotine strength on our website based on the manufacturer's official specifications. We do not list 150mg for this product, and we certainly don’t mislead our customers.

As for the delivery time, your order was shipped promptly, but as always, we remind customers at checkout that shipping times are estimates, especially given the challenges involved in delivering nicotine products across borders.

We appreciate your understanding, even if this time didn’t meet your expectations.
