I’ll be honest
I’ll be honest, I was sceptical about how quickly I would receive the product. I can confidently say that I received my purchase within 24 hours. Easy, transparent with order updates and I received everything I ordered with no issues. Highly recommend.

Hi Luke, your order was dispatched via Royal Mail tracked 24 on the same day. I'm sorry you haven't received it yet. If you contact our customer service via email or live chat we can look into this for you.

I like the fast delivery although they let me order a snus that is sold out. They did give me my money back in the form of a code to use the next time I buy something. They have really good customer service, they swapped out a dnus when I accidentally bought the wrong one.

Great service and good selection
Great service. Good selection. Feel like it could be a bit cheaper but I'd got used to ordering 3 rolls for £30 rom abroad until RM started adding 150% tax on every order. Now Nic Pouch UK is my go-to and is a good deal cheaper than the rubbish you can get in supermarkets!
