I ordered the wrong strength of pouches - I’d ordered 20 cans so this was a bit of a disaster! I called customer services and the phone was answered straight away by the wonderful Angel. She was incredible and so helpful. Nic pouches will accept my return and not only that they are going to automatically send me the right strength AND refund my return postage. Wow…. This just doesn’t happen. I couldn’t be more thrilled with Nic Pouches and Angels wonderful help. Highly recommended. 5 gold stars. Thanks a million 🙏🙏🙏❤️
