Excellent Customer Service & Quick Resolution
I had an issue with my order of nicotine pouches because it wasn’t delivered and was returned. The customer service team handled it very well — they resent the order, added extra credit to my account, and even included more pouches than I originally ordered. I had an issue with my order, only 5 of the order came instead of 10. I emailed them that night, the following morning Angel emailed me to let me know that they had sent out the remainder of my order along with an extra packet as a gesture of goodwill. Excellent company and service.
