Excellent Customer Service
I was sent the wrong order by mistake but the company quickly rectified this and sent out the correct order.
Angel was particularly helpful during this process and ensured I was fully informed of what had happened and was very swift in amending the genuine mistake.

Amazing
I've ordered from these about 6 or 7 times now and I'm always extremely impressed by the delivery speeds. The last time I ordered was at 8pm and the 20 pack of velos arrived by 4pm the next day, amazing.
If the prices don't change dramatically I don't think I'll go anywhere else. Top stuff.

Evri had damaged my parcel on route to me, I wrote an email to nicpouches.com, and within an hour I received a phone call. I was assisted by Ash who was brilliant helping and I can't believe the high level of customer service experienced. Thank you

All round amazing company! Good prices, great delivery time and even better customer service! Had an issue with evri (suprise suprise) not delivering my order but marking it as delivered anyway, Ash went above and beyond ensuring that a new order was sent out as soon as possible and that I was happy as a customer.
