The second star is for a great first…
The second star is for a great first order, the first star is for a very troublesome second order. I've owned vape shops long ago and learned that customer service is key. I also learned when to get out at the right time as the government and online forces began to take hold.
My first order with Nicshop was flawless. Great prices and prompt shipment. This recent second order has been a severe disappointment. Instead of 2 vapes of several flavors to try, I received a bulk of one flavor on a large order. I sent one detailed message discussing the issues, did not hear back for several weeks, then sent a follow up message asking for guidance.
Several weeks later, no reply. Very disappointing.
Perhaps the owners should realize there are a billion other online choices to be made. More importantly they should realize that customer service is still the driving factor and always will be when it comes to building a loyal customer base. I hope my experience is just a fluke, and that they prosper and provide good service to their customers.
However, at this point I cannot recommend Nicshop. What I hoped would be a go-to vape site instead showed me that they think one good order would secure a customer. Not so.
I am a fair and reasonable person. If this situation does eventually resolve, I will update this post and give the benefit of the doubt. Until then, I recommend spending a little more to find your go-to supplier elsewhere.
