Absolutely fantastic service. Staff were amazingly patient and brought me dress after dress to try on. I finally bought a beautiful outfit with matching hat. We had a great day and thanks to everyone here who made a stressful day a wonderful experience,I couldn't fault this store in any way and would highly recommend it.

Professional, friendly and thoughtful support. They delivery a perfect all round service with an excellent team and beautiful range of colours, styles and sizes. I wouldn't go anywhere else for that extra special outfit and hat. Well done

The service was brilliant from the moment I walked into the shop. I was left to browse at my leisure but as soon as I needed assistance it was first class.
Along with my outfit I purchased a hat which I later took back along with my accessories and had personalised. This was done while I went for a coffee and again first class service.
I would recommend without reservation.

I recently purchased two beautiful outfits from the Nigel Rayment Boutique and Hat Shop, one was for my investiture at Buckingham Palace. Sean in the Manchester store is absolutely brilliant. He puts you at ease the minute you walk through the door and goes out of his way to find just what you are looking for. He has so many beautiful outfits to choose from and whilst he offers advice, he's not the least bit pushy. He had exactly the dress and jacket I had wished for, but never thought I would find, together with matching hat, shoes and handbag. I would recommend going to see Sean every time and I will definitely go straight to the Manchester boutique for our other children's’ weddings
