Quality Customer Service
The item was dispatched within the anticipated timeline but unfortunately there was an issue with the delivery. However, Customer Services dealt with my query very promptly & efficiently, with regular updates & our parcel arrived as advised.

First impressions.
Absolutely outstanding. Very impressive units all the way around. I have a very big and dark back yard and could easily see everything the naked eye cannot. I'm new the night vision field and I picked up the NightFox Prowler 2. I Haven't had a chance to play with any Ir lights or lasers yet outside what's in the unit but I will. I'm fairly new to Nightfox as a company but I really enjoy what they're doing and they have very good customer service. Would definitely recommend this company and their devices to anyone looking to get into night vision.

Recently purchased a Nightfox Swift 2…
Recently purchased a Nightfox Swift 2 Pro. Very nice bit of kit. Easy to set up and use and does what it says on the tin. Quickly delivered by a very freindly courier.
I complained about a marketing email sent afterwards and the lady who replied was very pleasant and helpful and made sure I was unsubscribed.
You can tell a lot about a company by the way they handle complaints. This company values its customers and looks after them. I recommend them.
