As all Pulsar products appear to have the prices ringfenced, I chose to use Night Master based on previous reviews. I ordered a new Thermion 2 scope and it was delivered next day. Seemless ordering system, fast shipping and faultless delivery.
One extra battery was on back order, but arrived the following day. Super service.
A free Pulsar cap was in unexpected and much appreciated gift.
I will definitely use the company again

Customer care to match top quality product
I bought a torch from Nightmaster last year then managed to break one of the seals when I was messing around with it.
I contacted Tom and he was super helpful in getting a replacement part and instructing me how to fit it.
So, not just a great torch but equally impressive customer care to follow up with.

I can see that you have ordered a Night Master 800 IC Remote Switch, as per the product description IC parts are only compatible with Night Master IC models, this remote switch will not work with an older Night Master NM800 model. Please contact us and we can send you a returns form where you can return this to us for a refund. From what I can see we have not received any communication from yourself regarding this problem.

Helion 2 Thermal Imaging Monocular - Night Master
I recently bought a Helion 2 Thermal imaging monocular from Night Master for foxing at night. The advice I received from Night Master was excellent and I have been delighted with the monocular that has exceeded my expectations. It really is a 'game changer' and does everything I was promised. I am pretty bad with anything technical and really sought to know what best suited my needs and frankly could not be happier with it. Great service and very helpful and knowledgeable staff. R

Good
I was in the market for a GCSI mono and the fine folks at Night Master took care of everything. It arrived on time, as intended and works excellent. Communication was great and they were flexible with shipping. 10/10 service.
Be aware that GCSI products come with GCSI branded tape on the exterior.
