Best online service!
The easiest and least hassle online experience I've had in a long while. Great selection of products. Very helpful, knowledgeable and quick replies to emails and queries. They were also very good to allow me loan items to demo before deciding on and buying what I needed. Not had any problems with the products I've bought but if I did I think it would get sorted promptly and looked after well. All very efficient and first class service, long may it continue!

Had to go house hunting for my parcel…
Had to go house hunting for my parcel as DPD delivered it to the wrong house, even though they have a photo of my front door, then ignored my attempts to contact them, finally told me to contact Nightspark LTD which I did and my email sent at 09:28 on the 18th October 2021 was also ignored.. won’t bother again.

I’m sorry that you are not happy with your experience with us, unfortunately we have no control over errors made by DPD. After checking our emails I can see that we have not received an email from yourself, so it is always best to call us. We take these matters very seriously so if we had have received an email from yourself this would not have been ignored and resolved straight away.
As you can see from other reviews on Trust Pilot we are always praised for our excellent customer service.
