This app is extremely frustrating and far drom user friendly. For the past three weeks I haven`t been able to send messages to any profiles
What makes this more dissapointinf is that on platforms like j4l.us, basic messaging and profile status are usuallu clear and functional. Here, you can`t tell whether profiles are new, old, active, or completely inactive

Customer service is poor and largely unresponsive, I paid for the app and used it for a considerable amount of time, yet I never received a single message

This app is a scam please don't do or subscribe with this app, the people you tend to meet on the app are influencers,they coordinator of the app are in India, even the customer support numbers shows that, please don't waste your hard earned money subscribing to this app

I am not able to send messages through App to the profiles for the past 3 weeks but the technical team is still working on it. Poor customer service. App is not user friendly. We don't know whether the profiles are old or new, active are inactive.

This site is definitely is fake and fraudulent no response received i will be taking serious action against this website invade you privacy and play with your personal life by promising to help in marriage all this ladies how they used their profile and pictures to trade people

I think the profiles in this app are fake, I paid for this app and used it for quite some time and not even a single messages received from anyone, or replied to from the ones I sent.

I paid for a full membership and used the sites message system to send a message to over 25 people. Waited over a month and no one responded. Many of the ads were people I saw on other matrimonial websites. I think they are just copying the ads from other sites. There is no way to see the persons contact information like phone number of email, because they only allow you to contact through their message system. That makes it easy for the site owners to create fake ads. Also the user interface is horrible.
