The website is extremely easy to handle. Even the dumbest person can understand what the products are meant for. So if you are new to Asian cuisine that's the place to go.

The product selection is very well done as well as the products are delicious and have a fair price.

The delivery was fast and every product was packaged carefully!!! I have never seen that before in any other food shop online.

I placed an order over a month ago. I still haven't received my order. Not even my order number. I reached out to you several times and still no response. I will dispute this with my bank

I really wanted to have enjoyed this product, but the entire experience was everything but.....
Had to contact numerous times to find out where the product was because it took forever to be delivered.
When it finally did, the expiry date was merely 2 months (I had ordered 2 units!!).
Had to return it unfortunately.

What a scam! I bought a pan that nothing should stick to for more then a €148 but it's crap. Everything sticks to it even with a ton of seasoning and additional oil. So I wanted to send it back but they just ghosted me. It's a scam company! Avoid it!

Good selection of cookingware, japanese delicacies and imported goods. The items were packed well, the shipment was fast and communication impeccable. Would order again!
