I recently sat an ITIL course through NILC training. Everything from the booking of the course, the subsequent training and the booking of the exam (passed with 80%) was first class! Special mention for Karim whose customer service was excellent.

The course was very informative. Tony the instructor was great, he went over things multiple times to make sure we understood, gave lots of examples and managed to simplify things that seemed very complicated.

Great experience from NILC and the Advanced Microsoft Excel training course. Richard was extremely knowledgeable and the course was delivered at a good pace. It truly is amazing the power of data and what can be achieved in excel with the correct knowledge to aid better data driven decision making.

It truly is amazing how much time and effort can be saved when you have the right knowledge, data and understand the power of excel to aid decision making. I honestly don’t say this lightly: I’m not someone who typically enjoys structured learning or training courses. But this course? It blew me away. Tony is in a league of his own.

From the moment the course began, Tony had the room completely hooked. His energy, passion, and incredible sense of humour turned what could’ve been a dry subject into something engaging, fun, and—dare I say it—actually exciting. He’s got that rare gift of taking complex concepts and breaking them down with stories, analogies, and real-world insights that actually stick. You can tell he has decades of experience under his belt, and yet he delivers everything with a down-to-earth, relatable style that makes you feel instantly comfortable.

What really stood out to me was his ability to keep everyone involved. Not a single person was left behind or zoning out—his sessions are like conversations, not lectures. I went in just looking to tick a box, and came out genuinely inspired. I never thought I’d say this, but I’m now actively looking forward to enrolling in any course Tony delivers. If his name’s on it, I’m in.

I absolutely can recommend Karim and Tony. They take good care, advise and having a great training setup. You can also get a good impression on Youtube! I will do my next training with NILC for sure.

Great company clear communication lovely tutor who was very helpful they supplied the equipment I needed to do my course they made sure that I had several ways to contact them and when I finished my level 1 they offered me a place on the level 2 course and sorted the funding for me through a local college I would highly recommend them

I would highly recommend going with NILC training. I have just finished my Prince 2 training this week with Tony and have been very impressed with how he has delivered the course. He has been very beneficial in trying to make the content relatable and memorable whilst also providing simple explanations to any questions relating to Prince 2 content.

I am also very impressed with Karim, who has gone out of his way to handle any queries. Thank you both!

I got the ICDL refresher training that I wanted and I passed my exams in both Level 1 & Level 2. Julie is a lovely teacher and very patient 😀

Wonderful delivery, Tony was absolutely amazing and just fantastic in making the content fun and engaging! The course manual was a wonderful tool alongside Tony’s delivery and offers everything you could need. Fantastic overall. Would recommended to anyone looking into project management!!!

NILC were fab, specifically Karim, constantly updating me on the course start, needed materials, the manual and the links to the zoom call as well as recordings. Communication immaculate! Tony was absolutely amazing in all elements and made the course throughly enjoyable!

Karim is very helpful and responds quickly. Tony is absolutely amazing and knowledgeable.

The staff is very efficient, respond on time and very good at resolving issues.

My personal opinion is that 3 days is too short, hard and puts too much pressure. I feel if the course was spread over more days it would have given me a better chance to absorb more information and get higher marks for the Exam.
