I ordered a high-value item from NineLife South Africa on 6 August 2025.
Two months later, I still have no delivery, no working tracking link, and no refund — despite repeated written assurances from their “WeCare” team that the item would either be delivered by mid-September or refunded in full if not received.

That promise was never honoured. After weeks of silence, I was told the package was “at my local post office” — which is absurd, since there are no functioning postal deliveries in my area and the order was sold with delivery included in the price.

I have now cancelled the purchase and demanded a refund under South African consumer law for breach of contract (malperformance).
To date, NineLife has ignored this lawful demand.

If you are considering ordering from NineLife in any country, please take this as a serious warning:

Their customer service is evasive and inconsistent.

Refunds are delayed or refused even when the company is clearly at fault.

Delivery promises are repeatedly broken.

I would strongly advise using a reputable retailer with verifiable local operations.

The peoteolytic enzymes help good against inlammation caused of autoimmune disease. It's a product without Bromelain or papain, good for people with allergy against them.

I’m so glad that I can still order pretzels because I can’t buy them anymore here in Germany! Sadly 2 packs were destroyed/ opened in my last shipment, but I think that was mainly due to the shipping.

Meine Ware kam defekt an.Es wurde sichsofort gekümmert um einen Ersatz. Ob dieser Ersatz auch wirklich ankommt kann ich jetzt nicht beurteilen.
Werde ich bei Eintreffen nochmal beurteilen

Habe Safecatch Tuna bestellt im wert von 188 Euro im May 2024 und es sit nie angekommen und habe etliche emails bekommen das sie noch Geld haben wollen für die Bestellung (die nie angekommen ist) obwohl schon bezahlt war!

Also, ich habe mir im März etwas über die Website gekauft, kam nach einiger zeit auch an, alles ok.
Nur seit dem erhalte ich Spam mails das es weh tut, fake bestellbestätigungen die alle immer unter "ninelife" laufen ich solle doch zoll zahlen oder meine bestellung tracken oder daten eingeben etc.
Ich weiß nicht ganz was hier schief läuft, aber die Kundendaten sind hier ganz offentsichtlich nicht sicher.

Bestellung funktionierte wie angegeben. Kam aus den USA. Zoll ect wurde alles erledigt. Musste nur das Paket annehmen
