It is really amazing to get my shipment on time always.

Received the item I ordered relatively quick. Product selection is interesting and you can’t find a lot of what they sell on any other store

I am emailing you to officially complain about the company

I have submitted my order 28th of February and I have not received a single item to this day. In addition, i have emailed and called the company multiple times.

1- First batch of items were shipped to the wrong city and I have emailed the company and called. Unfortunately, the company has done nothing officially to solve this matter. I have not received emails or calls.

2- Second batch was sent today 14th March to the same original location with no consideration to update and ensure to be sent to the correct address

3- The delivery company who received the first batch items contact me to inform me of the pick up location. I did not pay for pick up! I have payed for delivery

4- I was not informed that these items will take more then two weeks delivery. This is not acceptable and unprofessional

5- The clothing items in the website does not give you an option to select the size, I assumed it it one size. However, i received an email March 4th! requesting my size and the item was shipped to me today March 14th! its takes that long

Find attache all email and communication.

I will not be recommending the website to other customers. I will be adding online reviews and it seems like i am not the only one.

Worst experience ever! Do not buy from them! They will scam you! More than 6 weeks I did not receive anything nor would they refund me! No one answers their call center when you try to contact them! Save your money they are scammers!
