Bag is beautiful, well made and a lovely colour. Was smaller than anticipated but still a great bag and currently getting a lt if use and compliments

They are the worst!

They are absolutely impossible to get a refund from. They keep offering discounts rather than my money. They are the worst. Don't purchase anything from these people. Don't even get me started on the quality of the bag, weak and flimsy and they stink of plastic. If I could give less than one star I would.

I Purchased hasn’t arrive

I Purchased hasn’t arrive. I bought the bag last 18/02/25.
—Ninibags was quick to respond to my complaint and I was reassured that my purchase delivery is still within the timeframe. Online tracking update was sent to my email too. I’m relieved. Ninibags was so kind to sent me small amount of refund which calmed me down. I will wait for the bag to arrive.

Een prachtige zwarte tas met gouden details besteld bij Nini Bags, en ik ben er helemaal verliefd op! De kwaliteit is uitstekend, de afwerking is perfect en de tas ziet er ontzettend stijlvol uit. Hij voelt stevig aan en past perfect bij elke outfit.

Daarnaast was de service top: snelle levering en netjes verpakt. Ik ben superblij met mijn aankoop en kan deze webshop zeker aanraden aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een mooie, kwalitatieve tas. Dit was mijn eerste bestelling bij Nini Bags, maar zeker niet de laatste!
