We run a small exterior cleaning company in Pasadena, and NinjaVA matched us with Shilloah as our virtual assistant this October. She was ready to work from the first week and picked up our systems quickly.

She now handles our customer calls, quote follow-ups and scheduling, and keeps clear notes in Jobber after every call, so nothing falls through the cracks. Her follow-ups have helped us book several jobs that might otherwise have gone cold. She’s friendly and professional with customers and easy to work with.
