I have owned an e-bike for many years and my bike had developed a problem – I could see that the bike was switching on and I knew the battery was holding charge but given its age, and the fact that the last time I did use it was quite a long while ago age I did think it was terminal. Nevertheless I thought it worth checking out before I disposed of it
I was looking for a local company, relatively close to my home, who specialise in e-bike repairs and found NipponE who are based in Sutton Coldfield.
I phoned them and spoke to Chris who said I could take it over the same day and they would take a look at it for me.
First thing next morning Chris called me to say that they had identified the problem and had been able to fix it by adapting a part they use in their bikes to fit onto mine. The price was brilliant and, not only that, but Chris offered to deliver my bike back to me.
I am beyond pleased with the service I received from NipponE and highly recommend them to others.
The other big bonus is that I have now found a local company who I know I can rely on in the future for the servicing of my ebike (and my husbands and my brothers!!)
