Bad service experience. Very disappointed! My order had multiple missing items, and resolving the issue has been difficult and time-consuming. I do not recommend purchasing online.

Never again

I wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered. Twice my order has been dispatched and twice the order has failed to show up. 3 days off work and they expected me to wait a further day as it was out of there control. Zero confidence by this point so I asked for a refund. I can only be refunded when the parcel is returned to them by DHL. A parcel I have never received! So I’ve now got to wait and hope that the parcel is returned them so I can receive a refund. Absolute joke! Never again

À fuir!!

Vous payez 12 euros de frais de port, pour ne jamais être livré. Le colis est retourné à l’expéditeur dans être prévenu, et quand vous demandez un remboursement on vous dit qu'il faut attendre que le colis soit réceptionné par leur entrepôt, ce qui n'est pas du tout légal.
Je demande le remboursement de ma commande et des frais de port... 3 semaines après j'attends toujours.
Je vais faire appel à un médiateur et saisir ma banque pour lancer une procédure de chargeback... bref fuyez!

Employee sat there drinking a coke behind the counter, saw me, didn't bother to serve me, when he was ready ( 1-2 minutes )came over to me, i asked why serve me now ?, i am on my lunch break, so i waited for another employee to finish his phone call, then asked where a product was, he was really good, first guy was useless, Melbourne city store

Commande en ligne défectueuse

Le système de paiement en ligne fonctionne, vous êtes débité mais la commande ne passe pas. Pas d'informations sur le site. Deux mails envoyés sans réponse. Une fois remboursé, vous devez repasser votre commande... (Mais je n'ai pas réessayé!).

Shocking service

I was due a refund that was being issued on the 22 September, I rang twice and on 10th October was told it was released yesterday and would be 3 to 5 working days! Stay away from this company...wouldn't have given them 1 star but there's no option to give zero 😡

Service and repairs. Disaster

They're really try when you want to buy something. Unfortunately their service is terrible. They ask for payment up front (which I could agree to that) but over a month later no engineer has showed up yet. Nobody answers the email, on the phone "they are unable to check the status at the moment" and of course they won't call you back. They already have your money, why would they rush.

Worst hospitality supplier in the UK!

After 30 years of experience running hospitality business in three different countries I have to say with no shade of doubt that this is the worst hospitality supplier I've ever come across!
No organisation, inside communication and very poor, closer to non existing customer service.
I've never experienced so much frustration dealing with a supplier like I'm experiencing dealing with them.
Unfortunately in this country is very difficult to avoid them, mainly in midlands.

4 items all been delivered on separate delivery days.

Double waffle maker

Bought a Waring Double Waffle Maker for comercial use from Nisbets my first one stop working after 4 months so got it replaced but my second one is now unusable after 14 month and Nisbets will not replace it as it is only 12 month warranty
*WARNING " don't buy this waffle machine it is not fit for comercial use!!!!!!!

Incredibly frustrating situation

Incredibly frustrating situation — after being a loyal customer for years. When a company (or their contracted courier) causes damage during a delivery, it's reasonable to expect responsibility and a solution, not a blame game or total dismissal. Evidence supplied just total denial!

Bad customer service

Brought a 3.5 lt deep fat fryer at the end of February it has stopped working and the reset button is missing I have contacted customer service 3 separate days only to receive one reply a day from them they have told me I need an engineer to confirm the product is broken at my own cost really it's a tiny deep fat fryer !! And it was only brought 6 weeks ago I will not be using this company again

Terrible

Terrible, terrible customer service! Items are listed as in stock online, but they aren’t. No updates are provided, and it’s apparently our fault for not calling to check—even though the website clearly indicates availability. This issue has been ongoing for the past two years. We won’t be shopping with them again. Oh and by the way, the items we ordered over 2 months ago, which aren't due until end of March, still state they are in stock online! Get your act together Nisbets!!
