Great product range

Great product range. Competivive pricing. Quick delivery. The additional shelves ordered were incorrect and were speedily replaced with the correct ones, but only after 4 e-mails managed to escalate to a manager.

A big fail in customer service

One part of my order arrived in good time. Then I got a message from my card company to say that Nisbets had refunded me an amount which turned out to be the price of the second part of my order. 'scratches head' .... no word from Nisbets themselves ? does that mean my order is cancelled ? what's the story ?

So I went ahead an ordered the second item from another company as no contact at all from Nisbets, a big fail in customer service.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and I’m very sorry for the confusion regarding your order.

To clarify, we only take payment at the point of dispatch. If part of an order has not yet been shipped, the initial authorisation on your card may be released or appear as a refund by your card provider. This can understandably look like the order has been cancelled, even when that isn’t the case.

That said, we completely understand how, without any direct update from us, this would be confusing and frustrating. We sincerely apologise for not communicating this clearly and for the resulting experience, which fell short of the service we aim to provide.

Everything fine until you have a problem

Only received half my order from dpd, was supposed to arrive in 4-7 working days, took 3 weeks. Half was missing they fob you off saying you'll have it in a few days. Then when you query where it is they tell you 3 months delay.

Spent €500 on a microwave in Covid, it broke after a week, they said they would get it collected, that never materialised either. They will tell you anything to get you off the phone.

I ordered Olympia Luna midnight blue…

I ordered Olympia Luna midnight blue series table ware months ago, coupe plates and bowl, we spend nearly one thousand euro . They are so bad quality, so many of them were cracked and chipped after few weeks , we are have to change all of them for new series, so disappointed!

Silly Loose Loose policies.

Poor customer service

1st time customer, bought 12 cups and 12 saucers for our canteen.

First box arrived 2/3 weeks later. Cup was broken. Fine things happened. I sent a photo and asked for a replacement cup. Request was denied.

Was offered a refund for the cup. I suggested since i couldnt use a saucer without the cup so they should refund one saucer also.

Genuinely shocked that they refused this reasonable request.

They then suggested we repack the 11, return the item at their cost, re-order a pack of 12 and wait three week for them to arrive. I couldnt do this as the packing had been thrown out as it was assumed that they would replace a broken cup or offer a refund, if i sent back in a different packaging they'd have got 12 broken mugs back.

This is what we call a loose loose in the business world. We are without the product needed and they incur two more delivery fees, plus have a partial box that is harder to resell and not a stock item - all at a price higher than the price of refunding the ONE SAUCER to match a broken cup which was requested.

Also saucers still havent been delivered, suggested delivery was 2 weeks, now will be 6.

Based on the experience, I wont be ordering again from this firm. Since they are just drop shipping, I'll order with a company that prioritizes customer service and a recurring customer relationship.

Terrible Company

Terrible Company. I ordered off website and was expecting next day delivery and ended up paying more than I would on other sites. Didn’t receive my item for another 7 days. Barely got an apology or anything. Never again
