Hi Tyler,
We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your experience, however we would like to clarify the delivery timeline for transparency.
Your order was placed on Friday, 1 May 2026 at 5:43 PM, which was after our stated next working day dispatch cut-off time of 12:00 PM (Monday to Friday). As outlined in our delivery policy and terms & conditions, orders placed after the cut-off are processed on the next working day.
Additionally, Monday, 4 May 2026 was a UK Bank Holiday, during which we do not operate or dispatch orders, as clearly stated on our website.
Your order was therefore dispatched on Tuesday, 5 May 2026 — the next available working day — and was successfully delivered by DPD on Wednesday, 6 May 2026 at 16:00, received by “TYLER.” We also have photographic proof of delivery from the courier.
DPD Tracking: 15976794487568O
We always aim to provide clear delivery expectations and fulfil all orders in line with our stated policies. We appreciate your feedback and remain committed to providing reliable service to all customers.

Why is Nitrous being found in every lay-by and street and park in the UK? Presumably because companies like this are selling to anyone who says they are over 18? This needs to stop.
