I am currently on my second server with Nitrous Networks and I am stuck as to why I left the first time because they have been nothing but amazing. They respond quickly to any questions I have had and have helped me understand how to run a smooth server. Would highly recommend to anyone starting out or experienced

They have cheap server hosting, respond fast to tickets, and have tutorials on how to set things up and those have helped me a lot I would never leave nitrous to go to another server host

Bought service for ark but was never able to get the server running with the mods I wanted. Was never able to find server, tried to directly connect as well but it would not work. Followed database but nothing really helped. Others had great experience but I don't really see how with how things panned out.

Rented a server for a Early Access Beta game, so there was bound to be some issues, however they resolved it fairly quick and were very helpful. The server itself runs very smoothly, actually smoother than the official servers.

Great hosting and Great customer service!!! cheap prices and wide variety of games to choose from. Also you get a free website with MYSQL

A great hosting provider. They give you an amazing amount of freedom in making your server. I rented a GMod server, and was able to access the files, and edit LUA, insert my own addons, adjust the commandline, etc.

The only thing I couldn't do is access SteamCMD.. and even then I just messaged their support and they dealt with it for me within minutes!

I have to take a moment to shower their support team with praise. When I rented the server, there was an issue and it wasn't set up. I opened a ticket, and it was resolved within 20 minutes. I expected to wait hours.

Later on, I needed a mySQL set up, but I couldn't figure out how to do it. I opened a ticket, and had a reply within a minute.. a literal minute.

First time Hosting with them.

I asked for a Testserver and they directly set me up and even helped me to possible fix my gamemode. The serve runs stable the support is quick and tbh i never found a hoster before with such a quality in all categories!

And that for a Price which make you think its a Scam :D but its not!

If you need a Hoster for a Game THIS is the place to go to!

I have been with Nitrous for a few years running a small minecraft server for my children and friends. Any issues (few and far between) are normally dealt with unbelievably quickly by the support team, nothing seems to be too much trouble. Outstanding service at a great price. :-)

User Experience was shaky. Their control panels interface is a little lets say bad. Its using old software to run its servers but otherwise it provide decent servers but personally i will not be returning to the company because of better options.

Nitrous Networks has to be one of the best hosts I have ever used I have used many hosts in my time and always had some problems with many different hosts,

Ticket response times is unmatchable staff are very kind and accommodating and have helped me a lot I have purchased rust server hosting as well as website hosting both are indeed superior and work flawlessly would recommend this host. 10/10

Okay so hear me out.

I am completely computer illiterate. I didn't think I was, but after moving from SurvivalServers to Nitrous for my ARK server hosting, it became very clear that I know next to nothing when it comes to running an ark server. That being said, my friend and co-admin of the server has a minor in computer science, and still struggled MASSIVELY with their interface on the control panel. It's just not user friendly.

That being said, their customer support is amazing. Lets talk about my home boy Curtis Adams. Curtis literally helped me from the point where I was thinking about purchasing 3 servers with Nitrous, to well after my servers were up and running the way they should be. Everything from purchasing, to coupon codes, to clustering, to mods, to server settings/rates, was done by Curtis (and sometimes Jordan since I assume Curtis needed to sleep at some point seeing as I was a needy child asking for help about 23 hours a day for 3 days) Their response times were almost always within 5-20 minutes tops, with a few lulls around 2am-5am.

My only regret with having my server running smoothly is that now I don't get to chill with my boy Curtis anymore.

Been using the service since 2014, never had a bad experience, genuinely. Always happy to help, whatever the problem is, from simple to complicated. Would recommend to anyone thinking of renting a server

I've been with them for about 2 months now and the service has been great. Their teamspeak servers are a lot more reliable than the last host I was with and any queries I had was responded to in less than 20 minutes by their support.

I would recommend them.

I like the fast and good support team that helps me with any problems and I love the servers in general since they are fast and viable 24/7 with no problems

I had some problems whilst making the server so i contacted the staff team via a ticket and i have to say probably one of the best and friendliest support team ive ever spoke to.
