Misleading advertisement
Having made a complaint about a wrong product I have received, I have been immediately contacted by the store manager to resolve this matter. He was extremely polite, apologised several times for the inconvenience, and offered to send the correct product without charge.
This is probably the first time I had such a service when I made a complaint.
Very happy with how this matter is getting dealt with

Responsiveness to rectifying delivery errors
I ordered 5kg of Yam, amongst other items. Though there was a significant shortfall in the qty of yam delivered, the store was very responsive in rectifying the error and delivering the remaining balance of the yam order, with express delivery, at its own cost.

Great first impression
The reviews here are what encouraged me to take a chance with this shop.
The prices are good, shipping with a decent courier (not evri, thank god) with a quick confirmation email and dispatch.
Delivery was late by a day because the postman seemed to skip us but that's not niyis' fault and it didn't cause me any real trouble. Package arrived in good nick.
I would definitely recommend it if you're on the fence.

Excellent first-time experience
I ordered a hard-to-find poultry item from Niyis, but was very sceptical about getting proper service from them, as they are a grocer and not a 'big' entity or chain I had heard of. The reviews were good, so I took a chance. Was NOT disappointed. They were so competent, I could hardly believe the whole process:
Pricing was fair, ordering and payment were easy, email acknowledgment of order was fast. I ordered on a Sunday, and on Monday Niyis texted to let me know my order would arrive Tuesday. (Parcelforce did their part with notification on the delivery day also.) Product arrived as promised and in EXCELLENT condition, still frozen; Niyis had put great care and thought into the packaging. I rarely review products or services, but they were amazing. I appreciate it so much.
