Professional, efficient and exceptional support
From my very first contact with NJS Law, I knew I was in safe hands. The level of professionalism, efficiency and care shown throughout my claim was exceptional. Stephen Heeley looked after my case and I genuinely cannot praise him enough for his dedication and support. He was consistently patient, approachable, and took great care in explaining everything clearly, no matter how many questions I had.

I had a non fault accident and I used NJS Law. My case was allocated to Mr Stephen Heeley and he was absolutely brilliant. Stephen Heeley was very professional at his job and he kept me updated every step of the way. My claim was successfully completed within the time and I was well compensated for my injuries. Got denied help this year from a unit at the hospital after being referred by the doctor for the second time (first time they gave me some conditions that I needed to do to access the support, I jumped threw theses hoops) they have denied me again 4 years on because I have mental illness.. which I'll have for life this isn't just a bit of depression.
And your team won't help.

I recently contacted NJS Law after a road traffic accident which was not my fault. They were extremely helpful and talked me through the whole process of attempting to claim compensation. I contacted this firm to help me make a…
I contacted this firm to help me make a medical claim after suffering and being misdiagnosed for 30 years. When they contacted me the lady I spoke to did not seem interested in my story at all. She hardly spoke just grunted and so I didn’t feel comfortable to talk about the whole issue and gave the parts that were most concerning in my eyes. To then be told that they weren’t going to take my case any further. Really disappointing service and your staff seem to lack empathy.
