Avoid at all costs!. We paid 50% deposit to get 2 AC units fitted. We were given an appointment date for the fitting, a few days before they called to cancel as they said the units hadnt arrived. We booked a different date - on the day of the fitting and at the time the engineers were supposed to come, no one arrived - we waited for a while then we called them up to find out what happened and we were told the engineer had taken the van and run away - and they had no idea when we could get another fitting done. We asked for our money back - they refused and asked us to give them a 3rd chance. We did!
Then a few days later we emailed them asking for a new date for the fitting, we were told they cant help us and the only person who can is the person who spoke to us last on the phone.
we are now stuck! we havent got our AC units fitted, and we havent got our money back also!

I had air conditioner put in my lounge of my park home the man who did the work was very efficient put mats down in the hall and lounge moved furniture out of the way when finished vacuumed any mess put all the furniture back in place and I am very pleased with the result and would recommend the company to anyone looking for an air-conditioner

This team are very professional, turned up before 8 o’clock and worked through without a break until the job was finished. Mats to protect the floor, minimum fuss, cleaned everything on departure, removed all the packaging, and the units look amazing, just where we wanted them, nothing was too much trouble.

We’ve just had a air conditioner fitted into our lounge and I’m so happy with Dan (sorry forgot the other chaps name… Tom maybe?) they were very helpful, efficient and extremely tidy.. can definitely recommend them.. so much so I’m now looking into a new gas fire from them!

We had a really good experience with purchase & installation at No 1 fires. Dan was really helpful and accommodating to our needs and reservations, he managed to get us set up just in time for the Christmas period. After looking around I was recommended No1 and I felt the need to leave a review. We had a wood burner installed and was really impressed with the whole service. Danny walked me through the whole process and was really helpful as wasn’t sure which option would be most suitable. Job was done quick and tidy will definitely use again.

Recently engaged Dan and team at No 1 Fires to supply and fit a balanced flue gas fire.
This was one of the best decisions in home improvements I've ever made.
Starting with the ' showroom' experience. Dan was courteous, respectful and friendly. He patiently explained the options available to us which made it easy to decide our requirements.
From that point forward the communication from Dan explaining delivery and timelines was excellent. Even down to a by the minute notification of his arrival at our house for survey/consultation then the work itself.
To the job itself. As said arrival was to the minute prompt. Preparation, including dust/ protection sheets for furniture and oak floors was comprehensive, then the installation of the new appliance, including substantial works to the fabric of the building/flue aperture, the removal of the old appliance and the clearing up, testing and demonstration was of the highest professional standard.
Highly recommended without reservation.

I was very in pressed the served I revived my fire would not light but they managed to get it going and now works really well if I need it serviced again I will use them again they did a advice me that my fire was not great so might think of getting it replaced so definitely would use them in the future for new fire I felt confident it what they said and the advice they gave

I needed apart for my 14 year old gas fire. Dan managed to source the part for me (from abroad) and now I finally have my fire working again. Wonderful service. It was not an easy part to get!!! Would definitely recommend
