This company is a deceitful company with their 'CEO' Mendy a one-man show running the company. I shipped my Amazon removal orders (brand new items) to their warehouse to be prepped and sent out, but they claimed to have never received it even though the tracking showed it was delivered!! Keep in mind this was a total of 15 packages and they lost it all.

They then claimed to be a good person to refund me a partial refund which I agreed to since I had no other choice, they took over a month to "review" my invoices for proof of ownership then proceeded to never to bring up the refund again until I had to drag it out of him. He then has the audacity to create a 'fake' confirmation ACH sent that clearly was made with Microsoft Word.

If you want to save yourself 6 months of stress and lots of money I would stay far away from this deceitful company, I will be taking him and his company to court to get more than the initial lost amount. That is if he doesn't close up shop and try to dissapear, which I already have enough information to bring it via personal lawsuit if he does try.

Bought a $200 motor from Layger whom I assume ships from No3rd in Quebec. The package I received had a Layger address in Alberta but when they sent the wrong sized motor, they told me to return it to Quebec to No3rd. The return process was extremely stressful for me....took 3 weeks at least and 3 dozen communications with Seller (Layger) to get my money back. They kept saying it wasn't the seller's fault. But it was! The motor was a knock off and HALF the power size that I needed. What they sent me wasn't even advertised on Amazon (false advertising). They REFUSED to pay for shipping which cost me $54 via Fed Ex as I was advised to get insurance on it ($170) and it required a signature upon receipt. Seller only offered a $15 shipping label through Canada Post which is ALWAYS on strike, as they are now, so it would be MONTHS before they received the return. Layger also said they'd charge me a 20% restocking fee ($35) even though I sent it back within the 30 day timeframe. Very stressful for me and months without a dishwasher. Maybe this should be under Layger not No3rd but No3rd is to whom I had to return the item to and they don't have great ratings either, if you look them up. So....they are related. I did finally get reimbursed ONLY for the motor they sent (wrong one). They did NOT pay for the $54 shipping. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ON LAYGER'S PART...who work with No3rd, so in my eyes, they are both not trustworthy.

Tried reaching out for over a week—no email replies, live chat doesn’t work, and no one answers the phone. Was trying to return a product, but even the return policy page is broken. Really starting to wonder if this is a scam.

We ordered a toilet that they stated was in stock. They called us two days later to say they did not have it.
Terrible bait and switch attempt.
Responses via email were way too slow after the initial phone call.
Would never recommend this outfit.

The item received is what was advertised, ordered and paid for - correct part number - it's just not what it said it was. Supposed to be an ultrasonic deterrent, which most humans can't hear. ( 20KHz and above ) Device makes a noise like a cheap car horn.
David was responsive to the problem and removed the offending item from their catalogue. Indicative of a well managed business.

Tried all three ways they say to get a hold of them. None worked. Placed my order 2 days ago. It says on the site 1 to 2 day shipping. Yet 2 days later the order on the shop app only says order placed. Not even processed or shipped. Idk if its just them not updating the shop app and they have sent it anyways, but I cant find out since there is no response.

I have been trying to complete my order for almost 4 days now and the site keeps saying my address is incorrect. NO3RD does not answer phone calls, emails or chat. Not sure if this company actually exists or its all a scam

I'm in the process of reversing my payment, they are not responding to any of my request about my order. They must be a fake company luckily they do not have my crefit card info, i used PayPal.

Update, I just received the product, this company did not acknowledge receipt of my order or confirm the shipment was sent with a tracking number, or respond to my emails, if they had I would not have had issues and had to jump through hoops. While I did get my product I certainly will not order from them again.., it's just not a way to run an online business...

Ordered an expensive item, they charged me, then...nothing. Silence. Zero contact. They didn't answer the phone, they ignored my attempt to reach them on Facebook via their chat page (though it shows they did read my message, they never wrote back), there was no proper voicemail greeting on their phone (big red flag), and they didn't respond to my voicemail. I emailed them demanding a refund, and got what looks like an automated "your order was cancelled" email, but still, no money back.

Thank god I used PayPal. I had to open a case and wait a couple weeks for PayPal to review it, decide in my favour, and reverse the charge back to me. Who knows if I'd ever see my money back if I had paid the company directly with a credit card. It felt just like any other fake/scam eBay seller.

Ordered 3 toilets for our renovation. The had by far the best price of any of the online stores and were 35% cheaper than Home Depot, Amazon and Wayfair for the exact same product. I had never heard of this company before but thought I’d give them a try as they claim to have 1-2 day shipping. On the order confirmation there was no estimated delivery date. No big deal I thought. The reviews looked good and their site says they ship in 1-2 days. I received no communication from them regarding shipping after ordering.

I followed up by email 5 days later. At this point our contractor has disposed of our old toilets and we are waiting for the new ones to arrive any day now. Right after I inquired I received the following message: “ Your order has been canceled

> Order #________was canceled because we did not have enough stock to fulfill your order and your payment has been refunded .”

I asked if they had any alternative shipping dates or similar products that they could suggest and I complained about the lack of communication. Rather than try to offer alternative products or other shipping dates they only got defensive and claimed they did all they could by notifying me as soon as they realized they couldn’t get the product. They offered no alternatives and seemed to just want me to go away and forget about it. When asked, they wouldn’t tell me where I could leave a review.

My guess is that this is a small drop ship company that didn’t update their pricing. When I inquired 5 days later they tried to submit my order and I’m guessing they realized it was going to cost more than what I was paying them. Rather than stand behind their advertised price they simply cancelled the order and claimed they couldn’t get the products.

If I order the same product from Amazon or Wayfair today the price is 35% higher and it is showing as in stock with fast delivery.

They should have done the right thing and stood behind their price or at the very least offer alternatives. Communication was terrible.

I ordered the Toshiba Vintage Style Micro Component Bluetooth Wood Speaker, CD Player (TY-CWU700) and it arrived in 3 business days which is quite impressive these days. It was packaged properly and this system has alot of punch for it's size. I'm very impressed! I had never heard of NO3RD before until I was price shopping for my item. I did some research on them before buying to make sure they're legit, and they definitely are. My item was $120 more expensive on other sites. I've only had my item for a few days but I can say that everything works perfectly, and the sound quality is amazing. Very happy with my purchase and the prices. Will definitely shop here again.

The Cobra Monster Truck is a great entry level RC truck that I play with my 6year old son with. I ordered it on a Wednesday, they shipped it Monday, and it arrived Tuesday. Good communication and speedy delivery. Very satisfied with the purchase. I am still waiting to hear back from their customer service about spare parts that I enquired about though..

Product arrived as advertised in under a week across the country.

These guys are great! I ordered a set of tabletop practice drums and they were sent out the same day even though I missed the cutoff time of 3:30pm. Price was cheaper than Amazon and it was delivered in 2 days! Excellent service in these trying times of COVID19. The drums are providing much needed distraction to the kid that got them. Great job No3rd.ca!
