Claimed for a broken boom during racing on Tuesday during a Regatta week. Very prompt response, paid claim on Thursday and new boom arrived allowing us to continue sailing.

What a fantastic job working through Noble on a recent yacht keel repair. Expectations well exceeded across a number of areas from the communications, quotation to a completed job enabling a quick return to being back on the water. No fuss insurance claim
There was no fuss about my claim. The chandler they chose was in Scotland when I live in the south of England but the replacement rudder was delivered to me the next day. All I had to pay was the excess.

A great experience with my first claim with Noble, after breaking my boat they dealt with the whole thing efficiently and professionally. The replacement part has arrived and I will be sailing again this weekend. Fantastic!

Continued excellent service
I’ve been with Noble Marine for years, and have always enjoyed excellent service. The normal day to day communication, renewal and value for money has consistently been 1st class.
Over the years I’ve made a couple of claims (Solo mast, and recently a Tasar rudder) - the initial contact and response was helpful & supportive. Details were obviously required to validate / corroborate my claim and the subsequent replacement was smooth & efficient.
I continue to highly recommend Noble Marine Insurance, and also appreciate their sponsorship of various dinghy sailing events!

Superb customer service. Straightforward, no nonsense form and quick decisions. This was my first claim in over 30 years of sailing and I was reassured by the prompt service which got me back on the water so quickly. Thank you.
