Great service! My daughter's Topper mast broke and took her best sail with it. The new mast was sent without delay. Noble wisely asked that I send the sail to their recommended sail maker to prove that the damaged sail was indeed as new. Once verified, the new sail arrived within 48 hours. Top drawer service, thank you!

Such a rip off. Took out an annual boat insurance policy for our Widebeam in December 2024. We sold our boat at the end of July, cancelled the policy at the beginning of August and expected at least some kind of refund. I questioned this via email to be told that although there are no administration fees, we were 6 months into the policy therefore we are not entitled to any refund.
Obviously this is their T&C’s but it’s a first for me! I just think others should be aware of this. It’s expensive enough living in a marina on a boat and paying for a licence when you can’t even go anywhere without having an insurance company do this to you. Our whole boating experience has cost us thousands.
