BUYER BEWARE---- This company is a SCAM. Do NOT purchase anything!!!!

I wish I could give a negative score I'm so upset but I have to click on at least one star in order to articulate my comments. I paid almost 700$ and never received my items. They gave me a false tracking number and then shut down their website at NOBLETIMBER.COM and stopped replying to my emails. HORRIBLE AND DISTRUSTFUL PEOPLE. So mad that I filed a formal complaint with the BBB.

Bought two items. The “Elsa Peretti” cuff kept falling off my wrist. Couldn’t bend even slightly to make tighter.

The Van Cleef “Frivole” bracelet split in half the 3rd time I wore it. They wouldn’t budge an inch when I asked for refund or replacement.

Shoddy cheap products not at all matching description. Company refused to honor refund policy. Never buy from them—you will be chested and forced to pay for own returns.

They say they are out of England but if you want to return something you have to return to Vietnam paying your own shipping. USPS have tried 3 times to deliver to the address they gave and no one is ever there to receive the package for a refund. DO NOT BUY unless you are completely sure you want the item. I would NOT reccomend this company.

Paid. Never got what I ordered. Sent numerous emails. No response. Had to dispute charge with credit card. Hope to get my money back. Thy are a scam company

Terrible customer service it took forever to come, and then when it came, it definitely looks fake and his poor quality and when I asked for a return, they said, since there’s nothing wrong with it, I have to pay for shipping myself which cost almost half the price of the crappy item stay away from this company

The jewelry is cheap and if you want to return it, you have to return it to Vietnam, despite the fact that it was shipped from within the US.
