I’ve applied to several roles through Noir over the years, both after university graduation and recently, now with professional experience with the technologies they work with. Each time, I made sure to submit my CV and a detailed message about the kind of position I was looking for. Despite this, I never received any response from the company — not even an acknowledgment of my application. Someone did view my profile on LinkedIn so I know someone read it.

I also received an unsolicited email from Noir describing an extremely high-paying “too good to be true” position. The email asked me to send them my CV — even though I've sent it multiple times. The message seemed generic and impersonal, which raised questions about how genuine the opportunity actually was.

Overall, my experience with Noir has been disappointing. They seem unresponsive to serious applicants, and their follow-up communication feels automated or careless, not something you would expect from a consultant company. I would recommend job seekers be cautious and manage expectations when dealing with this company.

Sunny is an excellent consultant who really understands us and how our business works. He takes the time to really listen and consistently provides us with excellent candidates who meet the brief. Sunny is outstanding in his field and Noir is our 'go to' company for all of our recruitment needs - can't recommend him or them highly enough.

Despite their high rating, check this. all 5 star reviews or 1 star saying they're fake. all the 5 star reviews (apart from 1) only span the last month, and all these 5 star reviewers have only ever reviewed... you guessed it, Noir. yeah that seems legit.

Now that I look back, the entire experience seems dubious. they post 'too good to be true roles' often duplicated, once they have your application and email you to arrange a call you never hear back. they even get mixed up in their lies when you ask about a post supposedly managed by them. I'm disappointed I engaged with them, avoid.

I have used Noir Consulting for over a decade to provide IT candidates for our roles.

I have always found them able to fully understand our requirements and they really go the extra mile to find a great fit for our company and the candidates.
