Poor customer service, poor zipper quality

I paid around 250 dollars for a winter coat, which is the most expensive coat I've ever purchased, unfortunately, after 7 months the zipper broke. I contacted the customer service, they replied just once, now I won't hear anything from them and they didn't help me at all.
My purchase definitely wasn't worth the money I paid for it.

Good Coat but didn’t last

The coat itself is good but it tore along the seam when I opened the pocket and I’d only had it for less than a year. I contacted their customer support for assistance in getting it fixed. Their customer service is abysmal and incredibly unhelpful. So probably not worth buying anything you want to last longer than a year.

Zero customer service

They have zero customer service to speak of and their quality control is lacking. I ordered my first coat from NOIZE and it arrived very late. That said, I expected late delivery due to weather issues and because it's close to the holidays when I ordered (mid-November). The material is soft and the design is cool, but the stitching is so off that one side of the collar is way wider than the other side. It looks lopsided while wearing and one arm hangs lower than the other. I'm currently trying to return the product, with no luck reaching a human.

EDIT: The reply to my comment from NOIZE only addresses the delay in shipment. That was not my main issue. My main issue was that I received a defective item and it was exceedingly difficult to establish contact to ask for a refund. It took launching a Better Business Bureau complaint to get this resolved, and still the BBB had to try multiple times to contact NOIZE. I was initially told that the item was non-refundable, but I could not believe this given it was defective. After several weeks and emails with zero response from NOIZE, I finally received a refund and a return label. After this experience, I will never buy from this company again.

Such a shame

I really wanted to like this company, and I don't leave bad reviews on any company but people need to know how bad Noize actually are.
I ordered a jacket from them and within 1 week of wearing it, both front pockets started falling off. I have emailed their customer service about this quite a few times but the only response i have received was an automated "we are too busy, please bare with us, we will respond in 3 days".
Also when I placed my order, I realised I hadn't added a discount code, so I emailed their customer service to explain what had happened and placed the order again with it and asked them not to send the original order. Their website says they don't dispatch orders for 3 days, I emailed them immediately after placing the order. they responded to that email stating that the order had already been dispatched and that I was going to have to pay to return the coats and pay a restocking fee (?!). since then they haven't responded to a single email I have sent them.
I really wanted to like this company for the fact that their clothing is cruelty free and eco friendly, but it seems that they are nothing more than a bunch of charlatans.

Edit: I have now had a refund. I had to involve my credit card company and after 4 months of totally blanking my existence they did the right thing and offered an apology, refunded the items they shouldn’t have sent and replaced the defective item. I’ve owned the replacement for a couple of months now though and the same issue of the pockets stitching coming away so it falls off is starting to happen with this coat that happened immediately in its predecessor. Furthermore, I left a review on their own website of the issues I was experiencing along with photos to warn others and Noize aren’t publishing it. DO NOT TRUST THE PRODUCT REVIEWS ON THEIR OWN WEBSITE they may have been left by customers who were happy, however Noize do not show the reviews of customers like me who were not. I gave a coat a 1 star review and it’s lowest rating on their website is 4 stars…

Do not order from this company

As much as I wanted to love them because they’re vegan and cruelty free, it’s not worth it. I ordered two winter coats for my dogs during their Black Friday sale and TRIPLE checked the measurements to make sure I was buying the correct sizes. When the coats arrived, neither one of them even did up around my dogs’ bellies. I emailed to request a shipping label to return them and never heard back. When I emailed again a week later I got chastised for sending another email and was told that would move me to bottom of the queue. They then refused the return and also won’t do exchanges. If a company is going to make things “final sale,” they’d better be sure that’s absolutely clear before purchase and also make sure that the sizing information is accurate. The customer service here is absolutely atrocious.

Expensive, substandard and refuse returns.

Really appalling service. I had been wanting to buy a Noize coat for a while, and bought one for my self and one for my husband in their sale. When they arrived, they were nice, but not the quality I expected for the price (threads and stuffing poking out at the seams) and mine was too small. I requested a return (for which they charge $15 per item) and this request was denied with no explanation given. I was really shocked that an online store that sells such expensive items would have this kind of policy. They then charged me $35 for the return they denied, which is really inexcusable. If you're considering purchasing something from them, I just wouldn't bother. The coats are ok, they are warm - but just way overpriced, oddly sized, and if you aren't happy with your purchase, you're stuck with it! (plus it seems like you'll be charged for simply requesting to return your substandard item!). I really had high hopes for this brand and I'm incredibly disappointed.

Beautiful vegan wool jacket

Beautiful vegan wool jacket. Most expensive jacket I've ever purchased. Very disappointed. The zippers do not work at all. Very cheap plastic zippers that i had to get replaced before even wearing it. Would not recommend this company even though it's vegan

do not buy - very misleading

I purchased a coat in the noize sale, totally unaware that they do not offer refunds or exchanges. This was really unclear on the website and if I had know n I never would have purchased.

I ordered a large as per their sizing recommendations and the coat is huge. So when I emailed to request a return I was informed that all sales in the promotion period were final sale. This means no refund or exchange. This is deliberately not clear on the site so easily missed.

I’m now left with a huge coat I’m unable to wear. I’m trying to help the planet by purchasing a vegan coat but now unable to return it so just adding to needless waste so completely defeating the point.

Im so disappointed and angry that this brand conduct business in this way. I really wish I’d read these reviews first before purchasing and saved myself the expense. The whole things feels like a scam.

If you’re considering purchasing from them have a read of their Instagram comments and you’ll get a good understanding of how terrible the customer service is. Im kicking myself by not researching them properly and assuming an ethical brand would have standard customer services such as exchange and refund. Absolutely terrible.

Customer service is non-existent

I have two jackets and the quality is not consistent. I tried to contact a service representative but they only have an email. The response time is extremely slow and when I recieved a reply it was just to tell me they'll contact me a week later. No one ever reached out to me and I emailed them again. I then figured out they were active on messenger so I managed to chat with a real representative. But if I never found that out I would've have never recieved a response. Then two months later, a customer service representative finally emailed me with a response. Their overall customer service is pathetic.

I had an awful experience with Noize

I had an awful experience with Noize. I am from the UK and we don’t use the term “final sale” so had no idea that it meant that the items being purchased could not be returned or exchanged. This was not made clear at all.

I bought a coat in a medium, used their size calculator that asks you to put in your height, weight, measurements etc and selected the size based on their recommendation. The site also recommends to size down as it comes up larger. I usually wear a large in a coat and so went with the medium on their recommendation. However, the coat is massive, way too big, could fit two of me it, too long and the sleeves come down to my finger tips. The sizing is clearly way out on this product. I needed a small.

I reached out to see if it could swap it out for a size small, which I could see they still had in stock on their site. I was happy to pay the shipping fee but no I was told they had a strict policy and they were sorry if I missed that it was “final sale”. This was after sending three emails to them, the first two they didn’t respond to.

I responded to one of their posts on Instagram and liked a number of other comments from disgruntled customers but all of these have been subsequently deleted. This is a really poor way to run a business. The customer service is just woeful.

The most frustrating thing is I really like the coat and the brand and what could have been a really positive experience, a gesture of goodwill in swapping the coat out leading to brand loyalty and repeated purchases has meant that I will now never use this brand again or ever recommend them to anyone. Given the limited number of vegan businesses this is really short-sighted.

So if you’re considering buying from Noize and you’re outside of Canada/US, particularly from the UK, please note that final sale means no return/exchange as this is not clearly stated.

Also beware their sizing, I’ve seen lots of other comments about their sizing being out. Given they charge a restock fee when they do actually accept a return they will be making money on this every time time someone buys something and realises the sizing is out.

And finally be aware that if you do have a problem you’ll likely have to persist in getting them to respond in the first place.

A really disappointing experience all round.

Customer service is a headache...

I came across Noize last year and saw a jacket that I loved. It was out of stock in my size, and by the time I received the back in stock notification it was almost Thanksgiving so I decided to wait to see what type of discount they were offering for Black Friday. A couple of days before Thanksgiving I received the promo from them and I decided to reach out to ask about sizing since I'd never ordered from the brand before. I received a really condescending email that was essentially "have you looked at the size chart" which I had, however it's not uncommon to ask a real person how a certain piece fits. Especially when it's a smaller brand where the person you're talking to likely has hands on experience or may even own the item you're inquiring about. I then decided to just place my order for the coat in two separate sizes. I'm tall, and I just never know how brands will fit, so if I'm not sure, I'll sometimes order my size and a size up so I can decide. Noize accepts returns but they do charge a restocking fee of $10 PER JACKET which is annoying. You're an online only company and a new brand at that. People want to try things on and this just seems kind of unfair. Especially when they promise "free returns" but charge a restock fee. It's not really free then, is it? If anything, don't try to trick your customer. I still decided to place the order for both jackets knowing I would be returning one and be out $10, fine. The jackets finally ship a few days later and they get stuck in customs. I receive a call from customs asking for my federal ID number which I don't have, or my social security number which I wasn't providing to a person on the phone. I reached out to Noize and they suggested I have the package returned to them and I could wait for them to get it and resend or reorder the items now. I told customs to return the order and I was going to place a new order for both jackets. Noize customer service reached out with additional sizing info which was helpful, and I decided to go with my normal size medium since they said it fit oversized and I figured that would work since I'm tall. They also said they would do a price adjustment on my new order to match the price I originally paid for the jacket in my first order which was lost. One week later and the package I requested to be returned is still at customs and Noize advised they couldn't refund me until they received it. Also, my price adjustment still had not been processed. I reached out via email twice and never heard back so I decided to try social media. Now I'd seen people complaining about not getting packages or refunds on their Instagram page before, but I assumed that wouldn't happen to me. I do a lot of online shopping and I haven't had many bad experiences until now. They didn't reply to my first comment but I saw that they uploaded a new post and IG stories which meant someone was on their social. So I made another comment calling out that I was out $500 and still hadn't received even one jacket, which finally got a response. I also opened a PayPal complaint since I had been waiting so long and my messages were being ignored. The next day they refunded me for the order that was still sitting in customs and also processed the price adjustment. It was so frustrating that it took all that to have those two things rectified. Fast forward another week and I finally received the one jacket from my second order in size medium. I will say I'm very pleased with the quality and look of the jacket, but unfortunately the arms were too short so I requested a refund. I also reordered it online in a size up. I was torn, I really liked the jacket but the customer service left a lot to be desired. They are a small team which I understand, but you can't just ignore customers who have spent money on your product. I hope they get it together, because they do offer a great product from what I've seen so far. I did notice that they deleted my comments from their IG as well as comments from other ladies who I saw commenting about their missing orders as well. They also deleted my review on their website which brought me here. Improve customer service and you won’t have people commenting on your pages about not receiving their orders. I haven’t seen people complaining about the quality of the jacket, so this mainly seems to be an issue with order fulfillment. Unsure if I will take the chance ordering with them again given my experience.
