I ordered a trapstar tracksuit for my son’s birthday in December 22, placed the order on the 25.11.22 using the Black Friday sale code, received a email on the 29.11.22 to state order was on its way, nothing… I have emailed twice as there is no other way to contact them, no response, my son is so disappointed as he was looking so forward to receiving his tracksuit, I used this website thinking it was legit, should of used a different retailer, do not use as they just take your money and don’t send what you paid for.

I ordered a track suit for my grandson on 3.12.22 for Christmas. It was one that he had chosen and he was really excited. No tracking number was available which slightly concerned me so we waited and waited.
It is now 2 months later and I still haven't received the tracksuit. I have been unable to contact anyone despite emailing the company.
£130 is a lot of money to pay and lose. I would strongly advise not to use this company.

I have to write a further review following on from my review of 27th December suggesting this company was a scam as I have actually now received my order. The item received was in fact exactly what I had ordered so cannot fault the goods but service was poor. I would have been happy to wait till after Xmas for the order but this just needed to be communicated properly. A complete lack of response makes customers worry and suggests that it may be a scam. Improve your communication!!!

It became very obvious very quickly it was a scam.

Asked for a tracking number-they said they were really busy but it was on its way.

I asked again the next day and they gave me a fake tracking number and said it would take up to a week to update 🤪

Deliberately started a new email thread 2 days later asking for a tracking number and they said they’d get back to me (aka they can’t keep track of the lies they’ve told) I’d already had my money back from the bank at this point too.

Total scam and I’m very sceptical of any positive review on here.

Placed my order form my son for Christmas on the 30 November . Still have not received it. Was apparently dispatched on the 3 December so where is it? After 2 e mails one responded to but not fully answered the second has been ignored. Will be contacting my bank .. people don’t have money to pay for something that doesn’t arrive! It’s such a low thing to do especially as not cheap!! Out of pocket and no gift for my son !! Shame on you nolovegym! It’s in the name !!!

I ordered a tracksuit exactly one month ago today and still haven’t received my product and now they are not replying to my emails after offering me a £10 gift card 2 weeks ago

I ordered a tracksuit on the 25th November and still haven’t received it or a delivery date or a tracking number I have emailed them god knows how many times. This is my sons Christmas present and they don’t give a s…T.

Ordered a trap star tracksuit like a lot of other people from 29th November no replies to emails just fobbing you off definitely a scam I’ll be going to bank to claim against these devious people

Appears to be a scam disgusted with them 4 emails 1 response about postal strikes, all well and good but ordered 25/11 and company address works out to be less than 2hrs away. Unless Royal Mail goes via New York first then the parcel shouldn’t have been impacted!!!

They have one opportunity to put this right within the next 24hrs or will be Reported to fraud team at bank and reported to the relevant authorities.

Still no reply after sending 5 emails and wont answer the phone - sorry but this is definitely a scam! These people should be absolutely ashamed of themselves i am so very angry and you will be reported! Section 75 Charge back claim has now been made.

Still waiting for the coat I ordered, gad email on 9th December to say it was dispatched and I could track delivery. I haven't been given a tracking number. Have emailed company to find out what's happening with my order and have got no response. Think this is a scam and will be going to the bank to report fraudulent activity. Do not use this company

Beware...I am extremely skeptical about this company and I doubt very much that I will receive the order I placed on 14 December amounting to £270. I still have not received any tracking information or a response to my email. I thought it was too good to be true as this company is selling Trapstar clothing cheaper than Trapstar itself. I cannot find them on Companies House as a registered business, and when you type their address into google it brings up a residential address. Their email address is a Gmail address. Alarm bells ringing!! I feel sorry for the people who have placed orders as Christmas gifts for their kids, how disheartening. I would not recommend placing an order with this company at least until people's general experience improves. Luckily, I decided to pay with my credit card as I didn't trust it 100%. I will be making a Section 75 chargeback claim if I do not hear back from them very soon.

I ordered trapstar tracksuit on 9th December- not arrived as yet - emailed 3 times - something tells me this is a scam - will be reporting it to the fraud team at the bank if doesn’t arrive by Friday. Even if it does come it won’t be genuine trapstar !

Waited a few weeks for the item to arrive. When it eventually came I was pleased with the jacket, good quality.

My sons trapstar coat has arrived just in time for Xmas thank you great service

I am in a similar position to others - I ordered a jacket on 20th november and it has not arrived. Eventually they gave me a tracking number (which I am not sure is genuine as after 2 weeks it still says dispatched but not received by the delivery company). They are now not replying to emails. I am now contacting the bank and reporting this as a fraudulent transaction. I think this is a scam. DO NOT order through this company is my advice.
