Extremely disappointing experience. I placed my order on 27th September, and my phone case was supposed to arrive on 6th October, but it didn’t arrive until 20th October. The delivery was almost two weeks late, and when it finally arrived, the product was damaged, poor quality, and not what I had ordered.

The quality is completely unacceptable, especially after such a long wait. I’m extremely dissatisfied with both the product and the service. I have requested a full refund, as this is simply not good enough. I would not recommend ordering from here based on my experience.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with No Love Society.

I ordered a phone case based on the design shown on their website, but the item I received did not match what was advertised. I contacted the company immediately, explained the issue and provided photographic evidence.

Although they offered to send a replacement, I no longer wanted another case and requested a refund instead. What I find particularly disappointing is that they then told me my return would be treated as a “change-of-mind return” and that I would have to pay the return postage to the UK myself.

This makes no sense to me. I did not simply change my mind — I contacted them because the product I received did not correspond to the product I ordered and expected based on their listing.

Even more concerning, their own published Refund Policy states that where a return is required because an item is “damaged, faulty or incorrect”, No Love Society will cover reasonable return costs. Despite this, I was told that I would be responsible for the return postage.

I have kept the complete email correspondence, photographs of the case I received, screenshots of the advertised product and screenshots of their Refund Policy.

For me, the most frustrating part is not simply receiving a product that did not meet my expectations, but the way the complaint has been handled afterwards. A customer should not be expected to pay international return postage when they are disputing that the item received corresponds to what was advertised.

Unfortunately, based on my experience with both the product and the handling of my complaint, I cannot recommend No Love Society.
