At Nomad Frontiers, we aspire to be Canada's local bike shop. But it didn't start that way. We set out to build NOMAD with a vision grounded in community, inclusiveness, and the power of epic cycling adventures to create memories and solidify friendships. We set out to build a travel company - both products to create your own adventure and expert advice to guide your next, more distant excursion. That was, until COVID got in the way.
Now, we've taken that same passion for community and expanded on our cycling retail plans. Our value proposition? Better customer service? No. The best customer service. We aim to show you, in every interaction, that we value your business and deserve your trust. We aim to build long-term relationships rooted in a mutual understanding of the importance of your cycling hobby to your overall wellbeing and enjoyment. We strive to be your number one online cycling retailer.

Jai fais affaire avec Nomad Frontiers
Il y a un ans pour lachat dun cuissard deja javais eu un bon service et service tres rapide. Un ans apres jai eu des probleme avec le cuissard et jai refais affaire avec eux pour maider avec la garantie et WOW tellememt un bon service rapide il me repondait toujours tres tres rapidement et etais tres tres aimable. Un coup la garantie regler avec castelli il mon shiper mon colis en un temps record. chapeau a toute votre equipe et au plaisire de refaire afaire avec vous

Good first time experience with this bike shop.
This was the first time dealing with this online bike shop but they carried a floor pump that I couldn't find anywhere else, and it was in stock (confirmed by email), and it was shipped nearly immediately. They responded quickly to emails, and the pump was well packaged. So far so good - would recommend them.
