Terrible quality\terrible customer service
I loved the belt at first. I had no reaction to the metal at first and was very hopeful that this belt would work for me. But after wearing about only three times I started noticing that the finish was coming off. By the fifth time I wore this belt to work, and only in a suit all the finish had worn off the top half of the belt and was showing some brass colored metal underneath. It looks absolutely terrible. I reached out to the customer service and got no response for a few days and when he did finally respond, he told me that I am clearly very tough on my belt and that it it was my fault, and that typically doesn’t happen for 1 to 2 years. I have only worn this belt a total of 5 times for a few hours at a time in a full suit. I Could not be more delicate and gentle with my belt if I tried. This is the only belt I have ever owned where this happened. Due to how quickly this happened I expected a replacement, but all customer service did was blame it on me and say it was my fault and refused to replace it or credit me for the purchase. I waited to write this review for a response from them, hoping they would take care of it but instead, the blame was put on me. Worst customer service ever! Do not buy this cheap belt.
