We ordered a custom table number on Etsy for our wedding. We ordered this on the 7th of June. Come the 24th of June, still no item or even a delivery tracking code - after having asked multiple times for a delivery update. And what’s better yet - they cancelled the order when we pressed them after getting no response - just as the estimated delivery time was about to expire - not allowing us to leave a review. Avoid at all costs. They only have positive reviews because they cancel the orders of those likely to not be a positive one.

The gift I’d ordered from this company was beautiful but unfortunately the frame had been cracked during the delivery.

There was an initial delay with my support email going to junk in error which meant I wasn’t able to give the gift for the occasion as expected.

But this was resolved by the company and I would consider using them again for a present in future as their products look lovely.

Bought a gift for fathers day from here, never used before but after reading good reviews from here I purchased a novelty item for a first fathers day, great first experience, lovely little gift, came quickly with no issues, I would recommend them

I ordered a snowflake bauble for a friend who has had an awful year with family bereavements it arrived on time and was beautifully packaged, however I was disappointed with the quality of the engraving and referenced this in my original review. I had an immediate response asking what my concerns were and how they could be rectified, in less than a week a brand new perfect replacement was delivered. I would highly recommend this company. there are many out there who will take your money and make it really difficult to get hold of them if there is a problem. This company is NOT one of them. I will definitely order from them again.

We were given a family tree picture made by No Ordinary Gift (via Not on the High Street) with the names printed on gold leaves.

We wanted an extra leaf for a new granddaughter and even though we did not have the original order number No Ordinary Gift found a way to provide what we needed.

A small sale for them but they took the trouble to help. Well done.

For the last 2 days ive been emailing Abby about adding a dart to the family dartboard she could not have been more helpful and sorted it out for me ,even though the item was purchased 2 years ago.I cannot thank her enough and would definitely recommend them company.

I ordered a personalised gift for a Christmas present and I couldn’t be happier. Not only was the product it’s self absolutely lovely and better than imagined, but the customer service is fab! My order was unfortunately lost by the post but I contacted ‘no ordinary gifts’ and they were on the case straight away and sorted a replacement. Packaged perfectly and a joy to open, I will definitely order from them again ☺️

This is a very special company- excelling in both quality of customer service, and delightful, personalised cards.
I ordered two wedding cards recently- as both of my sons marrying in September and October. The cards arrived promptly, however our Parsons terrier managed to intercept the post - and savaged these cards!
After having hysterics, I telephoned this amazing company- and within a couple of days received replacements. I was able to retrieve the wooden hearts with personalisation and attach to the replacements. They declined any further payment from me…

I ordered the jigsaw card for my parents anniversary and mistakingly put July instead of June. A replacement was sent at a reduced cost and arrived the day after I had emailed them asking for help. Amazing company, excellent service, good quality product. Will definitely recommend to others and will be using them again in the future

Bought the Golden Ticket gift. Just fantastic and great way to show a friend or loved one the gift/suprise you have bought them. The addition of being able to print a name and message on the box an added bonus. Would highly recommend. As would my wife who I bought it for.

I cannot recommend No Ordinary Gift Company enough! I ordered a personalised keepsake item for Valentines Day but I made an error in the message I requested. The quality of customer service I received was incredible and exceeded my expectations (particularly given it was my mistake not theirs). The product itself is stunning and I will definitely be purchasing more items in the future. Can’t wait to see my little girls face when she receives the gift on Sunday.
