Où sont nos fonds / résolu

Nopayn nous a mis en place un système de vad, celui-ci nous fais manquer des ventes car les paiements n'aboutissent pas...
De plus ils passent par Rapyd, qui à ce jour nous a fait disparaître 2.5k€ de l'application et nous n'avons aucune nouvelles hormis des mails de Nopayn avec 2 jours de latence de réponse et sans réponse concrète sur la récupération de nos fonds.
Nopayn est à priori peut-être sérieux mais il serait bon de mieux choisir ses partenaires...
La finalité nous n'avons pas encore nos fonds et plus de banque sur notre site.

Edit: NoPayn à géré notre problème avec bienveillance et nous a donné satisfaction avec la gestion de celui-ci, malheureusement ils sont tributaires de partenaires moins "réactifs"

To address your points directly:

1. The Technical Issues: The payment failures you experienced were linked to specific 3DS compatibility issues with BNP Paribas. It's frustrating, and we agree - we want every transaction to be seamless.

2. The €2.5k Claim: This figure is inaccurate. Your actual costs were limited to the minimum monthly fees, which we have already waived and fully refunded as a gesture of goodwill. If you haven't seen it in your account yet, it is currently in transit.

3. Our Partnership: While we stand by our acquiring partners, we recognize that different business models require different solutions. In this instance, we simply weren't the right fit for your needs.

We noticed that 1-star reviews seem to be your standard for feedback across the board. While we strive for 100% satisfaction, we accept that we can’t please everyone - especially those with a very high bar for excellence.

Great service, built for high volume

From day one there were no onboarding delays, no vague answers, just clear communication and a setup that worked immediately. Theis and Christian were both sharp, responsive and actually involved when it mattered.

We scaled across multiple markets without friction and the payment flow stayed stable throughout. When you’re moving real volume, that level of reliability and support makes a real difference.

As a payment gateway the technology is class. Above all else it is the customer service and attentiveness from the team which makes NoPayn the best possible. Shout out til Christian fra Nopayn. Uovertruffen service og enormt god forståelse for virksomheder der er kategoriseret som High risk.

Jeg ser frem til fremtidigt godt samarbejde.

De varmeste anbefalinger herfra til benyttelse af Nopayn, som er både gnidningsfri, ærlig og løsningsorienteret.

Denne anmeldelse er redigeret d. 18/2, da det hele viste sig at være spild af tid.

Efter super service fra Christian (sælgeren), blev vi Sendt videre til Steffen der sagde at deres provider krævede nogle redigeringer på siden før de kumme acceptere aftalen..

Efter kontakt til programmør for at få ændret de ønskede detaljer, bliver vi afvist 14 dage senere, med en begrundelse Der var fuldstændig åbenlys fra start..

Det vil sige at det hele har været spild ad Både tid og ressourcer, hvilket nopayne, burde have vist fra start af.. Årsagen til afvisning er virksomhedens levegrundlag og fuldstændig lovlig I Danmark og ALLE andre lande. Nemlig at vi sælger haverelateret og dyrkningsrelateret udstyr og cannabisfrø

Super skuffet.

Outstanding Service - Christian is a Credit to the Company

We’ve been with NoPayn Payments for over a year now, and from the very beginning Christian has been nothing short of exceptional. When we first joined, he guided us through the entire setup, made sure everything was smooth, and genuinely cared about our business, something we rarely see in the payments industry.

After onboarding, we didn’t speak for a long time simply because we had zero issues. Fast forward a year later, we experienced some fraud-related problems and reached out for support. Within one minute Christian called us back, despite being across the world, and was instantly on the ball. He remembered exactly who we were, walked through everything in detail, resolved the issue, and even followed up again the next day to ensure everything was fully sorted.

That level of attentiveness, proactivity, and genuine support is rare.

We’ve dealt with many payment processors over the years, but none come close to the service, support, and operational smoothness we’ve experienced with NoPayn, largely because of Christian. Our payments run flawlessly, support is instant, and we feel genuinely valued as a partner, not just a merchant.

Christian is an exceptional asset to this company, and we truly cannot thank him enough for his continued help and guidance.

The onboarding with NoPayn Payments was incredibly smooth and much faster than we ever expected. After some really bad experiences with other payment providers, this felt like a breath of fresh air.

The team has been super reliable and transparent from the very beginning. Every question we had was answered quickly and clearly, and they were always easy to reach.

Super fast and friendly team!

The team was exceptionally fast and responsive, even outside of regular office hours. The onboarding process went smoothly, with only minor delays on the side of some third-party payment providers. Throughout the entire process, I was consistently kept informed about the status, which gave me a strong sense of confidence and reassurance.

Highly recommended service

I've been working with NoPayn for about two months now, and this is exactly what you want from a payment gateway, not just a service that takes your money and makes you wait days when something goes wrong. Their support is fantastic; they respond immediately to any type of question, and if needed, they'll even give you a call to sort things out on the spot. Their website looks great and is easy to navigate. I honestly have only positive things to say, and I can only assume the features will keep getting better from here.
