I ordered a pair of jeans and when they arrived weeks later from China, they weren’t even close to what was advertised. The quality was terrible and they were massive for a size small. There’s no way to contact this company other than by email, and they won’t respond to my email request for a return. I feel scammed

STAY AWAY! I ordered a dress that was a cotton blend and I received a dress that was 95% polyester and 5% spandex. When I emailed they said I could return for a $30 fee and there was no guarantee, the item could be lost in transit. When I stated it was false advertising they immediately said they could not offer me a refund at all. They should be shut down for false advertising! They are also not a US company. I filed a report with the FTC and will follow up with the BBB. I suggest you do the same if you had a similar experience with this company so we can prevent others from being scammed.

This company is a bait-and switch scam that pretends to be based in Minnesota, but is actually located in China. I ordered a dress based on seeing it many times on Facebook -- one the algorithm kept showing me. Apparently I did not research adequately, as the purchase--funds instantly withdrawn, not when the items was shipped--took a month to arrive and was NOT THE DRESS I ORDERED! When I emailed their customer service, I got a couple of nonsensical AI-generated responses that did not acknowledge the discrepant images I sent (what I ordered versus what I received). An absurd offer was made offering me another purchase at half off. I demanded my full refund. Now, no reply has come from their AI bot. This company should be shut down.

Do not order from this website, I wished I would’ve checked with TRUSTPILOT before ordering over $200 worth of cheaply made clothing! The two suits that I received from this website I wouldn’t give to the Goodwill!! they refuse to accept my return so I’m paying for garbage I wouldn’t wear to clean my garage!!’ definitely not to work

I would give it no stars if I could. I ordered a dress that did not fit. The cost to return the dress was about half the value that I paid. After numerous emails I gave up and decided to accept the 35% credit back to my card that was offered (after 5 emails back and forth). We'll see if I get it...
