I signed up to this app not realising, certainly not seeing anywhere when you sign up, that after the introductory offer if you do not remember to cancel you will be charged £79.11 automatically per month. Nothing to alert you that the payment will go out. Thank goodness I noticed 2 payments had gone out of my account and I directly contacted them to cancel my subscription. I also blocked the next payment from my bank account.
It's a very sneaky and unprofessional way of taking people's money.
They did respond quickly and have cancelled my subscription which I am grateful for.
The exercises may work, but I found I just didn't have time to do them regularly. Just be careful when signing up to this, make sure you read the small print!

First of all not a great face yoga plan.
Second the scam of taking money to renew subscription early. £79 to renew. Extortionate price and no refund. No cooling off period either.

Absolute SCAMMERS
AVOID- do not be beguiled by the fraudulent favourable reviews. This company lacks transparency and has charged me £800 for monthly charges. I’m embarrassed that I missed the cut off point and was then charged an enormous £80. I never dreamed that this could be a monthly recurring charge!!!! Despite support stating that this was clear -IT WAS NOT!! No refund is forthcoming and I will be reporting to authorities. AVOID.

The app is good as far as face yoga but…
The app is good as far as face yoga but people who behind this app are crooks and ripped me off. There’s nothing and nowhere on this app about how much they would charge monthly after the first month… I feel violated and stupid. I hope as soon as 4 weeks are over I can get out of this subscription. As I was told in the email it will be cancelled. Upsetting that people create legal businesses by getting innocent people’s money. Unfortunately they won’t give me a refund. Ridiculous. Don’t fall for the app. It’s a scam!!!

Tricky subscription
I signed up for this. The result was ok, not great, but I didnt keep it up! The payment advice was not clear to me, and they tried to takec149.00 today.! I hope I have managed to stop that payment. I have now asked to be unsubscribed. IT WAS NOT CLEAR!

Disappointing experience from both product and customer service perspectives.
The course does not meet the expectations set by its presentation. The exercises lack structure, clarity, and depth, which significantly impacts the overall value of the program.
I reached out within 7 days of purchase after realizing these issues, but my refund request was declined based solely on policy, without meaningful consideration of the concerns raised.
While I understand that policies exist, a complete lack of flexibility in situations like this reflects poorly on the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction. If I could put 0 I would have do it!
I would encourage potential customers to carefully consider this before purchasing.

Le contenu de ce programme est franchement décevant. Les exercices sont mal conçus, sans profondeur et donnent l’impression d’un travail fait à la va-vite. On est très loin de ce qui est promis.
Le service client aggrave encore la situation : demande faite dans les 7 jours, refus immédiat avec une réponse standard et rigide. Aucune réelle écoute, juste une politique appliquée mécaniquement.
On a clairement l’impression que l’objectif est de garder l’argent plutôt que de satisfaire les clients.
Si j'avais pu mettre 0 je l'aurais fait.
