I now have a smashing new 5x3 Metal shed and Polytunnel from outsunny. The products are just as described and easy to erect and look great.
I panicked when 1 of 3 packages arrived separately and used the ‘chat’ on the website up query and within a couple of minutes Alex called He reassured me and gave me all tracking numbers and delivery times, and even checked the following week to make sure all was well. It was! Excellent customer service. Thank you Alex.

Found them through Facebook market place, was fast response to messages and incredibly helpful with all the information they provided me including what I needed to order based on the size of the shed that I had. Once I placed the order on the website, I received the items within two days. Now the hard work begins by putting the shed together.!!
Would highly recommend this company to anyone as they have great knowledge and are happy to answer any questions that you have before you place an order. They genuinely want to make sure you’re ordering the right item and a sufficient quantity for what you need. It’s rare to find a company like this currently

Excellent service from ordering to delivery , made an enquiry initially and had a very prompt response .. nice straight forward transaction , would highly recommend and won’t hesitate in using again :) Not fitted yet so can’t comment on that but I’m sure will be great ..
