Avoid! I’m sorry to write my first negative review after lots of online orders. Order was picked up late by me (because of hospitalization), return two weeks later was impossible, no help from customer service, they offer a small voucher which I won’t use since I cannot return..? Never again

I ordered some (mens) t-shirts and shorts and the quality is excellent and really comfortable. The sizing was a little on the smaller size so I would potentially by a size up when looking again. I tried returning some items and the customer service was excellent. We had a few issues with FedEx but the team at Nordic Dots did an excellent job at sorting what they could. I would recommend them clothing wise but also their customer service was excellent at answering my questions aswell.

I read some of the reviews for this company just AFTER I had placed an order for a new racquet, some Padel balls, and a set of trousers, so obviously I was super worried because the Trustpilot reviews aren’t very good. However, I have to say that I am so impressed with the service and how quickly the items arrived via FedEx to the UK. The trousers were a perfect fit, the Racquet is such good quality and although I haven’t played with it yet the first impressions are fantastic, and the balls also seem very good value for money. Racquet also came with the free premium racket bag which is very good quality, and the protective tape already fitted and a nice over grip neatly tucked in the pocket of the racquet bag. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and I just wanted to reassure anyone who might be put off by other reviews that this is a small (I looked them up when I was worried) but very genuine company who have got some great products and are well worth a punt for your next purchase.

Ordered a sweater. Two times. Two times I got the wrong sweater. Is different from salephoto. No replies on my emails. Annoying. Never again!

I purchased a pair of workout pants. I wear a size 6. I like mine a little baggy, so I ordered a medium. I just got them and I can’t even get them on, I am not kidding. I have never ordered a large in my life. So I am shipping them back for a refund. I read through the invoice, and they are going to charge me $15 to return it. Unbelievable. I won’t be ordering again. Beware, their sizes are very different. I’ 5’4 and weigh 128.

The pieces have holes in them and the quality seems extremely bad. Will definitely never purchase there again!

Item arrived in my usual small (S) size, but it was tiny! Had to pay £5 to return it.

Je n'ai pas pour habitude de faire des critiques négatives, mais je le fais pour le bien des futurs acheteurs qui, je l'espère, ne commanderont pas chez Nordicdots. Jamais reçu ma commande, jamais eu un seul signe de vie au niveau du service client. Pour ma part, plus jamais !

2 shorts besteld. De eerste fout aan zakken. Je kon je hand er niet insteken. Bestel een tweede die heeft allemaal vlekken?De eerste is reeds terugbetaald wacht nog op de tweede.. met aftrek van 5 euro voor verzending. Niet mijn schuld dat de shorts fouten hebben.
Antwoorden pas na enkele mails. Vind niet dat ik moet betalen voor hun producten met fouten. 10 euro kwijt en nog steeds geen short. 😱
