I really enjoyed the sleep course. I found it really informative and gave me a ton of knowledge and information to implement with clients.

The delivery of the course was excellent and was very well laid out. The lectures were all informative and having access to the powerpoint after it was great for revision.

I'd highly recommend this course to anyone looking to improve not only their sleep knowledge, but general care of their clients.

Just completed the Sleep Recovery Socialist course and I cannot recommend it enough to other pt's or anyone helping people improve their health and wellbeing! Already putting the strategies to use with clients and getting great results. 10/10!

Very valuable information and great content throughout the course which means the information can be easily applied to clients. The course was very accessible and the resources provided are excellent. This is something that needs far more attention than it currently gets throughout the industry. Great course!

Hard to complete within the time simple because it’s hard to do a couple of hours at a time listening to somebody talk at you. I learn much better when it’s interactive so if there’s some way of doing this it would take it from 4 to 5/5. Some great content though

The NPTC is great course for those looking to complete their personal training certification or increase their knowledge in the professional fitness industry. Although it took a long time for myself personally to complete, it was worth every minute of hard work to know that I have the skills and knowledge to confidently work as personal trainer with the highest in quality standards. Highly recommend this course. Ben is a very patient and great teacher, with constant support and encouraging feedback he enabled me to get to where I am today.

This has been an amazing journey! I have learned so much and feel extremely happy and proud graduating from NFE. The courses were really interesting, educating and fun and the teachers are amazing! I would highly recommend this course, I really enjoyed it! Thank you NFE!

A really interesting course with an excellent on line platform. It was really useful to have the transcript of the videos as a helpful aide memoir before doing the assessments. The interviews with experts I found particularly interesting.
I will certainly find my new knowledge very useful not only in a professional capacity but also personal. Highly recommend.

I liked the NPTC Nordic program a lot and I would 100% recommend it. It fitted well in my schedule and the program is really good to give personal feedback and advice for your studies. I got more knowledge in health and I will use it for myself and to help others achieving their goals

An excellent further learning course for any Fitness Professional! This course will allow you to understand all aspects of SLEEP and how to improve the quality and quantity of it. A life skill that will work for both yourself and your clients.

It's not a course. It's a proper school. If you apply yourself, you can be confident in your base upon which you can build and expand. I am honored to have 2 certificates by Nordic Fitness Education on my gym´s wall.

Outstanding Course as it’s broken down into understandable, clear and informative components/chapters. If you are one of those people that needs to hear a lecture 2 or even 3 times, no problem just play it over.
The instructors are always available to help you with questions and are highly qualified with Science Master Degrees and you feel very supported throughout the course.
I would recommend this course to anyone who would like to give sound nutritional advice to their clients!

Great course Sleep Recovery Specialist,this course is also very important for all people, as being one of the three pillars of health is of extreme importance for health and well being.
